No delivery, a single reply to many enquiries, saying tracking number sent, check spam...

Money taken on the day of order...

Seems to be a total scam sadly...

Wish these reviews had been here 2 weeks ago as like everyone else placed an order. Emailed to ask for tracking number, which was fake, and no still goods. Paid on credit card so hopefully get the money back.

I tried to have a conversation through the messenger function but as soon as I started talking about the .co.uk version being a scam, they stopped responding.

Order placed 22/11 for toastie maker.
No payment taken at least up to 11/12, and no goods received. "Customer services" replied requesting to allow more time due to COVID, email came from Enessa Ltd. Enessa Ltd registered in Leeds (a flexible office space..32 Park Cross Street Leeds) owned by Niall Scott, incorporated Oct '20..

Also a director of 11 other companies and born both in 1982 and 1996.

I would recommend complaining to the dot gov dot uk insolvency service and

reporting dot actionfraud dot police dot uk/reporting

Stumbled onto this website during research, and have now cancelled my card. Clearly a Christmas Scam Site.

The Website does look legit but no goods received after 26 days, and no despatch information either.
Chargeback started with my Bank, changed my Bank card too.
Pity scammers who are talented enough to build reasonable websites can't put their skills to legitimate use.

Just found out my partner ordered a Sage juicer through this website, they’d taken the money but no order had arrived 14 days later. A quick google revealed the same experience as many others. The company appears at the top of a Google search, shame on them.

This site is fraudulent and a total scam.I ordered an electric item in November which never arrived but they do not seem to have taken the money but will be contacting Nat West all the same for a replacement card.

This is clearly a scam, limited company was only registered at the end of October 2020. One director. I've contacted several times for a refund on an order I cancelled within 10 minutes of placing and have hit a wall of silence. I have the director's name & address from Companies House and will be passing to police & trading standards shortly. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Fraudulent company?? I've chased up my order 3 times via support at homeandkitchenshop.co.uk and not had a single reply. There are no other contact details on their website. I'll be contacting my credit card company to reclaim funds and report this fraudulent business.

AVOID! DO NOT BE FOOLED BY DISCOUNTED PRICES!
They have taken my money, no sign of delivery after 12 days and some how set up a monthly payment to come out of my account every month! Barclays recognise this company as a fraudulent one. Iv had to cancel my card and open a dispute case against them. They never set out to send you your order. It’s a scam

I wish I had checked here before sending them my card details! Total scam: placed an order, received an order confirmation then nothing! Sent a reply to the order confirmation email and got a “we will get back to you in 24 hrs” but nope, no further communications.

Spoke to my bank - The payment had been attempted to be taken but they had stopped it (I guess as a result of other reviewers here reporting it to actionline). Haven’t lost any money but it’s very annoying.

Same as others scammed! A company called enessa Ltd answered my first email blaming covid for the delays. Further emails ignored and still no items received.

Goods never arrive and no contact details available. Spoke with Barclays and the guy knew of them straight away saying he’s personally spoke to 4 others recently who’ve had the same problem (sigh)!

What a total scam of a website, avoid at all costs. No intention of sending goods, I imagine there is no goods to sell.
