Due diligence was done viz. checking whether the company was legitimately registered in the UK and the security of the website. Believed it was a newly formed company set to compete. Purchased a couple of items about two weeks ago. Waited for 10 days for delivery as advised by the website. Nothing happened. Called and told the bank about what happened. The bank could not trace the transaction - suggesting the transaction might have been pending but dropped off. Will request for a new card as a precautionary measure.

Was looking for a Christmas present for my mum and saw something she had wanted for ages at a very non suspicious discount, ordered and got a confirmation email straight away. 3 weeks later the money has been taken from my account and no notification of it being dispatched, the website has no contact details at all, doubt I'll get my money back as I used my debit card but I will be alerting my bank so hopefully this site can be taken down.

Scam! This company has no contact details and doesn't respond when I replied to the original invoice email asking where my order is. Looks legitimate and came up high on the google comparison site when I was searching for a juicer. I have put out the investigation with the bank. Hopefully I get my money back on a credit card.

Same story as others. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

I too did not exercise due diligence - I feel so foolish that I have been scammed, I'm usually very careful. I ordered and paid for a coffee machine, which has not arrived. Checked the website, no phone number, no address, no email. Had to cancel bank cards and change all passwords. Do not buy anything from this company!

Fraudulent website. Do not use. Took money from my account for coffee machine and now no communication at all. No longer any contact details on website. Reported to police and bank and Google. How can they allow a site like this to appear at the top of a Google search. Do not use!!

Like every review here, I didn't do my due diligence and ordered from this scam website.
I'll get my money back but I'm disappointed that I know better and just got careless. With a bit of checking this is a very suspicious site. Loads of bad reviews, no contact number, a "cut and paste" website and the company itself is only a month or so old. Lesson learned, don't get too casual when buying online!
If it isn't obvious, this site is a scam and you'll never get what you paid for.

Similar story to everyone else. Their price wasn't particularly suspect (low but no more than John Lewis on that particular day!) and I found the website on Google Shopping, which (wrongly!) meant my guard was down. For some reason I assumed Google wouldn't be endorsing illegitimate scam companies, but turns out they'll endorse anything.

At first I managed to get email communication using the contact us page, to try and get confirmation email, but now I see they were sending me around in circles by pretending to be legitimate, but actually failing to answer anything.

10 days later, no order confirmation, no dispatch information. Thank goodness I found TrustPilot or I could have been strung along by these clowns for weeks to come, and there could also have been no Christmas present for my mum!

Have contacted card company, police, trading standards, Google and Stripe (payment processor).

Order toaster and kettle.... surprise surprise the same as everyone else. No money taken out of my account as of yet had to replace everything. No communication avoid this website!

Please do not use this site. No product delivered and no way to contact the company. Now going to try to get money back through ApplePay.

Ordered 21st November. Got confirmation email. Emailed again last week as no sign of parcel. Told it had been processed. Just found all these negative reviews and now I cant find the outgoing payment on my bank account? Have others had payment taken?

No confirmation email, no response, no idea what's happening and now looks like a scam. Please REFUND me

3 weeks and no sign of delivery. Poor communication an no refund, therefore having to take it up with my bank instead. Stay well clear of these cowboys.

I found this site while looking for a blender. I couldn’t find any reviews on this site and stupidly ordered from them. I haven’t received my item and have had no response to emails. Luckily I bought with a credit card so didn’t lose my money. AVOID!! I have since found a forum thread regarding Enessa Ltd which is part of home and kitchen shop with more disgruntled customers. Disgusting they have scammed people like this!

Fraud website confirmed with my bank.
What can I say, AVOID.

Dreadful
Found a knife set at a competitive price. It was in stock so placed an order. I received an email confirming my order. A week later had a follow up email stating that my order was being processed and would then be dispatched.
After hearing nothing for a week I went back to the website to contact them and realised that it just takes you round in a circle. So checked Trustpilot - wish I had done it first. Payment not taken but I have to cancel my cards to ensure that it won’t be.
Lesson learnt.

I thought this website was too good to be true and it turns I was right... I paid over £100 for a new kettle as a present, they took my money and sent a fake confirmation email. I will be calling my bank after work and cancelling my card - unfortunately I paid by debit card so I don’t think I will get my money back. Such a shame :( please don’t buy from this company.

Don’t use this company. Not received. No contact number. No answer to emails. Look at other reviews. Same happened to others. I wish I’d looked at them first.
