Really poor customer service. Ordered item 2 weeks ago and still not received. Emailed twice to chase up delivery and no reply. No contact telephone number on website or email.

I was quite suspicious and came here thankfully. The payment on November 29 was 'pending' at the bank. It wasn't claimed within 7 days so dropped off the account, but can be claimed within six months. Having read this page I have canceled my debit card and ordered a fresh one. Their contact details and lack of response are poor. Check your accounts.

Since reviewing I have looked on the Companies House site and searched. Enessa is less than 2 months old, has one Director called Niall Scott, who has another directorship one-month-old. That is Bonetta Ltd at the same address. I, therefore, reported this to Action Fraud UK Police. The address and postcode tally but there are a number of businesses listed. Many items on the Home&Kitchen website are now listed as out of stock. Action Fraud UK should be made aware by all victims as that is more likely to lead to an investigation.

Ordered magimix food processors, and realise now that I have been totally scammed. What annoys me is that these criminals manage to open up bank accounts and register with online payment engines to take your money. How can that be? what happened to due diligence checks?

The homeandkitchenshop.co.uk looks legit but it is a total con. There are no address or contact details to be found on their website. We received 2 emails confirming our order but if you look closely there are no payment details like there is with normal online purchases. Luckily they have not taken a payment after 2 weeks but I have cancelled my card to make sure, as they have all my details. Its a scam! No-one ever gets their goods. BE AWARE. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

As with everyone else on this page, I got sucked in to buying an expensive toaster and kettle, as they were £20 cheaper than reputable stores. Email confirmation received of order, payment pending in bank for a few days, before getting email saying it had been dispatched but with no tracking number. No payments taken and not replying to email.

I bet the founding director’s parents are really proud of what a fine specimen of a cretin they brought into this world. Shame on people like this...!

Appears to be linked to another site that I got scammed on, plus a few other sites too which are all formatted in a similar way.
Check out the 'contact us' and T&C pages for obvious similarities.
I can't post links in this review but use the normal three www and dot prefix.
The first three are couk sites, the last two are com sites.

The IP address that hosts them all (82 221 139 161) has been associated with hacking attempts in the past as well.

Same as everyone else. Site looked legit until I tried to find a contact after not receiving purchase confirmation.
Cancelled card and got refund from my bank.

I’ve been scammed as well. If the deal seems too good to be true, it probably is.

I’ve just disputed the payment with Amex.

SCAM WEBSITE - DO NOT USE

This website may look convincing but it is fake. They take your money and then send out fake Royal Mail shipping details. There are no contact details on the website and no delivery of product. If this has happened to you, report to your bank straight away.

SCAM.... The sooner this company owner is found and prosecuted the better. Xmas approaching , covid rife and they still set up fake companies and websites to take peoples hard earned cash..... Filthy Scum

Scam, just checked companies house and believe its Home Kitchen Online Shop Ltd...a container site in Bristol, Admirals Yard.. if you do a company search , its free (and then g-map the address) .only incorporated 22.9.2020..Juliana Takyiwaa registered director. My bank says you should contact your bank and block card, report as stolen as they will scam your bank details off the submitted data..

Do not use this company. I purchased 2 expensive items. I recieved email to say my order is bring processed then nothing else for 2 weeks. I emailed to enquire if my items had been sent and the reply was they had been dispatched. Im still waiting for the details regarding the dispatch. Its now 2 weeks since placing my order and not heard anymore from them. It is a dissapointment. If the items are available then just tell me? I can shop elsewhere. Very poor customer service.

This company is total SCAM

They authorized a monthly subscription from my account. Decided to investigate when there was no response to email and calls.

Luckily for me i got a full refund from the bank, and all future payments were blocked. They have been reported to UK FRAUD team and the police.

Stay away from this SCAMMERs.

Got sucked in! Ordered kettle and toaster, no confirmation email. Money pending for a while with bank and then it disappeared without money being taken. Got confirmation email of sale after I sent a screen shot of the order number. I was then sent a fake Royal Mail tracking number. Got my bank to block the company. It’s a Scam, scam, scam. Kicking myself.

I found this site via Google shopping page. i thought the price was too good to be true but it was Black Friday. i did think the site looked a bit dodgy but the many sold out items outweighed the bizarre range of products and the lack of customer feedback etc.... anyway, it is clearly a scam . i have reported it to CAB and I'm trying to report it to google so they can prevent it coming up in shopping searches. company listed at companies house #1 month ago. no contact details at all on website.

No goods, email to say order processed but no tracking number. Not replying to emails. Can't get contact from whois.

It's times like this that paying with credit card is invaluable. I have contacted my cc company and no payment was actually taken but I cancelled my card anyway as I had entered my card details.

Hopefully these jokers will be taken offline....

I do feel a bit stupid as I am usually very careful but the website is quite sophisticated and convincing.
