All monies refunded on 5th January. I will always check here in future for any online services. I also got scammed on the other dodgy perfume site as mentioned by others here.

I checked for reviews last week before I placed my order and it seems everyone else is in the same boat as me, nothing to show for my £150 purchase. I have since reported this to Action Fraud, as repeated emails have not been answered

Would give 0 stars if I could.
2 weeks, no tracking number despite repeated emails, just ignoring me. Tried to find a phone number to call- there isn’t one, but that’s when I saw the trust pilot ‘scam’ website.
Feel very stupid as I’m usually very on it when ordering from unknown websites.
Tough lesson learnt.
Wish I’d checked them out first!

Scam website. 2 orders, nothing arrived in 3 weeks. Used a free wordpress confirmation of order, numerous emails & given a fake royal mail tracking code. Bank and Action fraud have been informed

Scam i have log a police fraud call…
Scam i have log a police fraud call regards above store Home and Kitchen Shop Uk - Enessa ltd is linked. The shop was opened in October 2020. We bought Kettle and Toaster they kept hold of our money for a week and then refunded no communiations etc. Chased the product and said they was processing order. Then finally refunded a week later. Coz they now have bank info etc and address etc i opened a police fraud call.
They have no contact info and the Director noted for this shop is Niall Scott.
