Oh no I’ve been scammed too - I can’t get my money back because I paid via debit card!! Just what you need in 2020 when money is extremely tight - gutted isn’t a word strong enough - the only reason I am buying online is because I’m isolating

He (Niall Scott) is also linked to fragrances for less. Same thing no replies. Been waiting 3 weeks for item. Sent 4 emails. Nothing back. I will be reporting to companies house (compliance targeting fraud)

Scam website took payment but never delivered. Hope the scammer gets arrested and faces a long time in prison.

Just about to fill out the dispute form, scammed in time for Christmas!! Very angry with myself for not realising. The site has now been taken down, but what a load of low life's to do this after this year!!

I ordered a set of pans and a wok for £171 on the 29th November, when they hadn't turned up after a week I had an awful feeling I'd been scammed, my original email enquiring where my order was delivered but I got no reply, my second email a few days later bounced straight back and now the site has disappeared, I've just completed a dispute form with my credit card supplier and will hopefully get the money back, at least now the site has been taken down nobody else will be fleeced.

Do not order from this company - scammers! Thankfully the bank is refunding the card we used to purchase from this website.

I would advise anyone to steer clear of this company based on my recent experience. They took payment for the goods and then provide no delivery timeframe, do not respond to email and give no indication of ever intending to meet the order. My credit card company are in dispute.

Stupidly bought from this website on 27th November 2020 for a black friday deal. Only thought to check today (16th December) why it hadn't arrived... website has gone, e-mail bounced back, and now all these negative reviews! Luckily I bought on credit card so I've managed to get my money back.

Agree with all comments re it being a fraudulent business. I suggest that anyone affected raise a report with Action Fraud actionfraud.police.uk (unless in Scotland) to provide an evidence base for Police action

E mail returned as mailer unknown.website disappeared.I contacted Opayo who are their processing agent (formally sage pay) they advised me they were still trading & gave me a tel no for them...
Unfortunatley, it belongs to a poor woman who has a kitchen shop, with the same name & they have managed to scam all her details as if they were theirs...
The poor woman is beside herself, as receiving multiple irate people daily...
Where can we go to report this to some sort of authority that MUST be able to track them down....

They never send the item, there're no contact details on their site & they do not reply if you try to contact them by replying to the "order email" Why does trading standards allow this kind of operation to exist? HORRIBLE PEOPLE to set up this kind of fraud!

I was a scam victim. I bought what I thought was a cheap Kitchenaid Processor which turned out to be a scam. They took my money and ran!

They have taken my money and disappeared. I ordered at the end of November. It's clearly a scam.

Disgusting that they have been able to do this to everyone. I paid by Barclaycard will I be able to get my money back?

Placed an order for £64.95 30/11/2020 & not received any goods. Went on to their contact page & it's been taken down as has their website. Fortunately paid by AMEX so will get my money refunded. My son won't be getting his Christmas present though as I can't get the item now.

Took a contract on finance for a Kitchenaid Whisk with Homeandkitchenshop.co.uk through Opayo. Emailed them and had no response. As with other posters, the website has been taken down. Criminal.

Edit: Opayo have told me that they are not a finance company (as advertised on the website). They only offer payment processing but do not offer a buy now, pay later finance agreement of any kind and don't deal directly with customers, only businesses.
