As I understand from the Selling Agent that the surveyor has not inspected property yet, I was rather surprised to receive this request for a review. The survey was ordered over a week ago so I was expecting some feedback by now or possibly contact to say when survey was going to be undertaken. We were hoping to view the property again at the weekend, having received the survey and with the purpose of noting any points revealed in the report, but have put on hold. I expect that the Bank Holiday has had some impact and have not therefore been in contact previously to chase, but as you have asked all I would say is that an e mail or call to say when survey was being undertaken would have been useful.

I've not had a survey done for 11 years so not much to compare, but the web site was easy to use and the surveyer was quick to respond and the report appeared online in an email about a week later. It was as I expected and the price seemed right so I would certainly recommend them for an easy stressfree survey (homebuyers report).

I contacted Homebuyer Online after a Google search with no prior knowledge of them, which was a concern, but I needn't have worried. I needed a quick survey, so phoned at 7-30 at night, got straight through to Hugh Greenhouse who was very helpful and agreed to do my survey within 2 days. I got my thorough and extremely useful report just 3 days after that, and was encouraged to speak to Mr Greenhouse as many times as I needed to clarify things - which wasn't really necessary as he had already phoned through his key findings and the report was very concise, clear and comprehensive, including photos. And all this for £120 less than I had been quoted by someone who would only vaguely commit to delivering a survey within 2 weeks! I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this service.

Reasonably priced with excellent service. Hugh was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and easy to contact. Report was detailed with great photo shots of the property to illustrate findings. I would certainly recommend Homebuyer Online to anyone wanting a more indepth survey at a very reaonable price. In my survey for the property I am buying a couple of important issues were pointed out to me that needed immediate attention. These are now being done by the vendor of the property.

An extremely easy set up on the Internet to contact them to communicate. Then the service was arranged within days and the service carried out and a very detailed exercise and report was generated and sent through to me two days later. I needed my survey completed quickly and therefore phoned Homebuyer Online before booking online. Everything was booked before a payment was made and the report arrived by e-mail the day after the survey was carried out. I was also able to speak directly with the surveyor both before and after the inspection.

The whole experience ran like clockwork. Surveryor very thorough. Picked up damaged asbestos in the loft.

We needed a survey doing quickly as we were in a contract race and live abroad; homebuyeronline gave us the best quote but we were a little worried it would be slow and impersonal - after a quick phone call we ordered. Hugh, our surveyor was helpful and friendly, got everything sorted very fast and took the time to discuss the survey with us immediately after doing it, the report was online within a couple of days.
