Homebuyer online was great. I was sceptical at first as its an online service but I spoke to someone in the company and was happy with the response. And the assigned surveyor was brilliant. Was able to him about my needs beforehand and he provided assurance. His report was unbelievably thorough and well written. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Everything about using Homebuyer Online was perfect. I called all around for survey quotes speaking with an arrey of surveyors who were generally expensive and difficult. The report I commissioned (Homebuyers) seems to cover all of the most important points and, helpfully, summarises the issues that should be raised with your solicitor without need to analyse every single comment. The bungalow I was buying looked immaculate. However the survey arranged by the buyer of my house revealed all sorts of horrors unknown to me. So I thought it would make a lot of sense to get the bungalow surveyed. I'm very pleased that I did as horrors were revealed on the bungalow too. This resulted in a substantial reduction in price.

The whole process was very easy to set up and the report was comprehensive.

The survey was very quick despite I had a problem with access to the property. Report came on the next couple of days. My surveyor was very helpfully and professional.

We needed and affordable survey. Having got a couple of quotes and being durprised at the cost I came across homebuyers online when I did a search. Though that the cost was too good to be true when I got the quote but it was the real cost.
The surveyor was assigned quickly and they got on contact straight away.
The first date they suggested was too far away but they said they would see what they could do. The survey was completed and online 6 days after the first call and that is what I call great service.
The report was of a good standard and was available very quickly and my experience of the service was really good.

Pleased with the detailed report but not with the lack of phone response.Received one call but left a message again to be called back but I am still waiting.I will not use online service again not enough communication.The office should ring the client to make sure they understand any problems with the property that have been highlighted.
