The chair I ordered is exactly what I need. It looks good whilst being comfortable.

This is a high quality chair that is substantial, British, very well made and great value for money. It is for my mother's use and the colour and finish both fitted with my mother's decor colours.and whilst firm the orthopaedic seat adapts to the body and the rest of the family find it surprisingly comfortable.

Products are good but the customer service is terrible, don’t reply to emails, don’t call back when they say they will, this is a real issue especially when your spending £200 on a single chair.
You really need to sort out your customer service.

This chair was ordered for my aunt who is 86. It is every bit as sturdy and well made as described. The delivery was smooth and chair was taken in and placed where my aunt wanted it as she is not very mobile. Would definitely recommend

Excellent company to deal with. Unfortunately my first chair was delivered with a badly broken back leg. Looked like the courier had dropped it. One phone call later and a replacement chair was ordered. Arrived as planned. Good quality and great colour. Very comfortable.

We have not received our chair despite emails and the promise that it was going to come two weeks ago.

When my two chairs and settee were delivered I was so pleased they were so much better than I had expected they are perfect. Very well made just the right colour and the size makes them all easy to get up out of I could not ask for more. Thank you Home chairs I will recommend to everybody your service is exceptional

Ordered a chair with some custom features. Customer service was excellent, delivery prompt and the chair is beautifully made. We are very happy with the experience

I ordered an upright chair with an easy clean surface. I was impressed with the quality of the chair and the fact that various seat heights and width were available. Delivery was reasonably quick for a custom product. I would happily buy from this company again.

Very comfortable kept in touch good delivery. Slight puckering of the fabric on one side spoilt the look
