Faulty battery never replaced and money never refunded!

I purchased a backup battery for my husband's Defiant electric bike for Christmas. The battery was faulty and would not hold a charge. The company was contacted several times both by phone and by text. We were promised a replacement battery. To date we have never received the battery replacement, communication has stopped, I tried to contest the charge but it was over 30 days. I am out $389 dollars. Do not use this company for your electric bike needs, they are not honest!

Battery backup order - all went well!

I ordered a replacement battery for my defiant bike. It was easy to order, shipped quickly & I was able to get the battery before Christmas. It was a pleasure dealing with you.

Displeased

I was truly excited waiting for my battery to come in I purchased a nakto battery for my camel e-bike but I received a battery which is universal to my bike but it was not the manufacturer's battery it just says battery I purchased was for the nakto instead I got a generic brand battery was displeased.
My purchase was for $289.00. for the Nakto brand battery. Instead I received a generic brand.

We do not sell generic batteries What you received was a genuine Nakto battery shipped directly from Nakto. Whether the battery has Nakto printed on it or not, it is supplied by and warranted by Nakto.

Prior websites never provided the right specs
Or voltage output.
ElectricByke’s website made the process transparent and was very easy to navigate.
The ordering and shipping were expedited
And I received my new properly-specked
Battery as promised.

I bought a FreeGo DK 200 Pro and it was…

I bought a FreeGo DK 200 Pro and it was missing front wheel lockdowns, pedal assess quit working after one hour, missing two nuts under the seat, Rear tire badly misshaped from factory, which made the bike almost impossible to ride after 20 mile an hour rear tail light does not work properly with the headlight functions, Front rotor is slightly bent and Makes scratching noise from day one.

You purchased your Freego DK200 in July 2023. In reviewing the correspondence regarding your bike, we had responded to issues regarding interpreting the LED error codes and asking for details on the parts and, later, a video to clarify the parts and apparent loss of pedal assist. Checking your emails (you use several different email accounts so hopefully we have reviewed all of your correspondence and chats) we cannot find your response to our request. This year you contacted us regarding tires for the bike and you purchased brake pads mentioning that you could not ride your bike without them (they ran late in being delivered, apologies). We assumed this meant that issues had been solved with the information sent earlier. Can you provide the requested video showing missing parts and the rear wheel pedal assist issue. (Check you junk mail accounts, just in case). We did not hear about an issue around a mis-shaped rear tire nor the tail light or front rotor. (Rotors typically need adjustment from time to time on all bikes, by the way).

Have not received order

I ordered a flag for my wheelchair back on May 29th 2024. I have yet to receive anything. Had a brief interaction via email June 12th they said they could see my order and they would check. Today is June 20th, no update and no flag. Not impressed with this company. Am considering buying an electric bike, but not from this company!

Electricbyke was fine. Your supplier EW sure doesn’t like to handle small accessories. I appreciate what customer service did and thanks to Bill finally received safety flag for my mobile scooter. Product was so easy to install as advertised. Thanks Bill

the price was good

Even though the price was good, the bike arrived unfixable. I contacted electricbyke and they deferred all my concerns to Micargi.
I then received a replacement bike from Micargi. So the bike was mailed twice, once from China and then from Micargi.

The issues were primarily due to shipping damages which, unfortunately occasionally happen. Just for the record, the bike(s) were shipped directly to you from Micargi - we always ship direct so there is only a single shipment. Hope you have many happy hours of riding!
