Early days for me using these dumbbells but so far so good.
Small delay with the delivery but a couple of emails back and forth with lucas who was always quick to respond and it was sorted. Cant beat these for the price would highly recommend

Placed an order on the 3/9
Placed an order on the 3/9, was told they would be delivered on the 9/9 and the tracking app they use “Shop” says they have been dispatched.
Have emailed and been told they should be with me some time this week, so they obviously weren’t dispatched.
The phone number on their website doesn’t work and I’m still waiting for someone to reply by email and tell me where my order is.
BRAINGAIN is their other Company, I’ve tried to get assistance from them, with no luck either.

For the price and service you can't beat it. Booked 2pm on Thursday and my dumbbells arrived 10am on the Friday. It wasn't even 24 hours. That's what you call good service. Cheers fellas.
