What made my experience great

What made my experience great? Honestly Victoria Walker made the process so easy for me, it was a real pleasure speaking with her. She was so patient and helpful, despite my many questions and connections issues, she had the temperament and patience of a saint. If everyone could speak with her, they would see how amazing and professional she is.

I'm still happy with Homelet

Rosa Johnson was very helpful and made the renewal easy & pleasant. I renewed by phone - prefering that to automatic renewal, which, had I wanted, I could have switched on via their portal, which provides access to my new documents within a few hours. [But I could not renew via their portal] Only downside was the 5+ minutes waiting for the phone to be answered. But that only bothered me as I'd left renewal so late - my fault. I continue to be happy with Homelet.
