Initially our lights were delivered with the incorrect fittings, however once we contacted Homelights direct they were as speedy as could be with getting rectified, the fittings had to be ordered from overseas however they continued to give me updates at what was happening all of the time. I'd commend them for their customer service certainly. the speed of delivery was good and the packaging used to protect the lamps extremely good and robust.
The lamps are really good and attractive, very happy with these and the price was the best I could find, we purchased two of the ceiling pendents and three of the wall lights. They really fit in with our living room decor and transformed the look with the nice colouring of the shades.

I purchased an Agolada up and down exterior wall light which after a few months the ‘up’ part of the light stopped working, after contacting the company they sent a replacement light to me without delay.

Excellent company.
I ordered two beautiful table lamps but the shades were a slightly different colour. I contacted customer services and they very promptly replied and sent out a replacement shade on the same day.

Received the order really quickly, great communication.

Our order came promptly and at the scheduled time, unfortunately the glass dome was cracked when opened, but an email posted over weekend saw a replacement delivered on Tuesday pm. This was first class service from them

We love our solar powered outdoor light, so, when we experienced some issues with the light not performing and holding a charge, I contacted Home Lights Direct and told them about it.
Initially they sent me a new battery. However, this didn't resolve the problem. I contacted them once more, and before I knew it, a replacement was on my doorstep.
I cannot believe how effortless this has been. The after sales care has been amazing. I simply cannot fault this company. I will be using them whenever I require lighting in my homer and garden. I do highly recommend!

Light and shade arrived very quickly after order. Despite being well boxed the shade was creased/damaged which showed when turned on. I emailed to explain, received a response within an hour to apologise saying a replacement would be sent, which arrived a couple of days later. All is now good and pleased/relieved by the after sales service. Thank you

Lovely lighting purchased a gorgeous glass pendant that looks perfect in my living and a velvet drum lamp with gold on the inside for the bedroom both look way more expensive then they were, very impressed. They were very well package especially the glass pendant and delivery was fast. Also Lisa was really helpful and got back to me asap with a query. Will use again and would recommend.
