There very a couple of delays getting my light however Helena did a fantastic job of finding out what had happened and taking immediate action to correct the error. My light did arrive a bit later than I would have liked but Helena gave me such great customer service and kept in touch with me the whole time I didn’t mind.
All companies make errors but when they give you fab customer service to try and resolve things as quickly as possible and do what they say they are going to do they deserve a shout out. Thank you Helena your company is lucky to have you.

Brilliant lights for under the kitchen cabinets and the best news is you can recharge the lights easy to fix up and they look good when they come on and the service from the company is excellent there missing holders and I received them by post the following day
Bought a Dimplex vapour fire, the logs cracked a few weeks into use. Emailed Home light, they sorted a replacement straight away. Good service. Was also cheapest on the web when I bought the fire.
Good price, fast delivery, very quick replacement when one bulb turned up broken.
Disappointed and unlikely to buy from them again.
Found website was inaccurate and, having fitted the light and discovering it was not as bright as the website and packing suggested, a return was refused on the grounds it had been fitted. How do you know if a light is going to suitable until you've fitted it?
Company eventually offered a return having had numerous emails and as an exception.

Customer service from this company is excellent - one of my lights unfortunatley arrived damaged and was instantly replaced. Fast postage and very happy with the quality of the fitments received. Would both recommend and purchase again from them without hesitation.
Great prices and service, there was a slight problem with one item and it was immediately resolved, cant fault the after service and everything was delivered really quickly.

Having left it a few days to open the package in which my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that the glass lens on the bulkhead light I'd bought was cracked. I should say that the packing was more than adequate, and should have stood up to all but the roughest handling.
I emailed HomeLightsDIRECT a photo of the damage, and received a replacement - this time even better packed - by return of post.
