Please next time do not forget to place my phone number on the shipping label. In Albania there are no accurate addresses and the only way to deliver packages is by calling customers and getting directions. The director of postal services had to intervene to locate my package. Other than that I am happy with your service

Unfortunately the box was ripped on arrival. Fortunately the books were intact and had a some had a plastic wrap around it.
Going forward heavy hardback books need tighter packaging and perhaps firmer boxes as this box seemed a little flimsy, paid enough for the p£p

We pack heavier books in double walled boxes with books wrapped in brown paper. Unfortunately the carriers can sometimes me heavy handed.
Post and packing is provided at cost and the costs seem to be ever increasing.

Wrong listing of price at customs
The company registered the wrong productprice at the customs services (143 euros instead of 97 euros). The result is that I had to pay 15 euros extra for duties.
