Same as others below, I had a broken 1st Gen HomePod for quite a while. I was always looking for third-party repairing services as Apple would charge a price that I could almost buy a brand-new one. Having found Dwight’s details and his service to repair HomePod, I have decided to proceed with him. The service he has provided is five-star, and I am overall satisfied with his service. I highly recommended it to anyone with a broken HomePod.

After being told by Apple our Homepod would cost £230 to repair I was really not happy as ours was only 3 years old working fine one day then stopped.
I stumbled across Dwight's details but what a result! He has not only fixed the fact it would not switch on but also improved the sound quality quite considerably.
The £99 charge worth every penny as now fully working and better than ever. Service and communication has been superb, got it back within 10 days. Highly recommend as Apple need to question themselves on why they cannot fix their own very expensive products. Take a bow Dwight.

I happened to stumble upon Dwight’s details when looking at info about the new HomePod Gen2, with my OG HomePod sat languishing in a cupboard having just died a while ago. Dwight was really quick to respond to emails and give details of his service, and I sent the HomePod off to him. There was a slight delay in repair as he was waiting for some components and seemingly has had a deluge of other customers!

HomePod is now back after approximately 2 weeks and is working perfectly. It has obviously been carefully handled and repaired as there are no signs anywhere that it has been opened up and dissected (which if you have seen the videos online you will know is the method for getting things fixed).

So while it took a little longer than expected the service is second to none. Dwight was always quick to reply to emails and also gave his mobile number as a backup.

Much cheaper than the £250+ to get it repaired by Apple - and great to have it back working again. Thanks so much!

Dwight did a great job repairing a 1st generation HomePod that was failing. I did have some very frustrating communications issues, seemingly owing to Dwight being buried under his email, but when he dug out he took steps to make it right.

Do not under any circumstances discard your malfunctioning HomePod. Dwight’s service is amazing!
My totally unresponsive machine was fixed, returned within a week at a very reasonable price and now works perfectly.

Excellent service, seamless communication, delivery and above all the repair. HomePod was dead, now all working. Apple suggested to buy a new one as HomePods are irreparable, how wrong!

Can not praise this guy enough I have now got my HomePod singing no buzzing crackle or pop. Looks like new fantastic. Quick turnaround very well packaged and respectable price.

It was dead.
No lights no power, nothing.
I had the grave dug and I was just about to play the trumpet to salute it but then after a bit of googling (and reading here to be honest which sold me) I mailed in with the symptoms.

Dwight answered the same day, no fluff, straight on it.I posted the HomePod (never use Evri by the way but we all know that) and left it in capable hands.

Not long after, a package returns and it's alive again!! Just in time for Christmas! The amount of work, labour, and care to taking apart and replace the broken capacitor is unreal - I don't think there are many of these people left who have this skill. There is a big craze with youtube channels taking off with people fixing things but the real-life hero is Dwight. Thanks so much - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service anyone who needs a HomePod repair - don't bother buying the mini ones with poor sound. Get yours repaired and have much better experience!

By chance found Dwight through this trustpilot review page when I was desperately trying to get my completely dead and unresponsive HomePod fixed (that was only just over a year old). He was very quick to respond to my initial emails and very thorough in those emails explaining the whole process including cost & turnaround time. Very reasonable price to fix something that would be very expensive to replace otherwise.
HomePod was repaired very quickly and returned within a good time frame. So happy my HomePod was not only fixed and sounding, acting and even looking as good as new, but that it was future proofed.
Although I hope it's not anytime soon I'll definitely use Dwight again to fix my other HomePod should it ultamitely fail! Many thanks!

Dwight was very helpful. He replied promptly when I enquired about repairing my HomePod. He is very reasonable on repairs and has it done in no time and returned to me. This along with replacement of common failing components was all included in the price. So glad to have it back fixed as it makes up a stereo pair. Well recommended.

Great job, fixing what I thought was a dead HomePod when Apple said they wouldn’t touch it. Fantastic service, quick, professional and went the extra mile cleaning the device right up and preemptively changing all of the parts that commonly go wrong. Can’t ask for more!
