Great service for the boiler service and two external pipe leaks. Easy to book and communicate with couldn't fault them. Only problem is the price hike after the introductory offer.

I wouldn't say it was great. The engineer's 1st visit informed us it was Affinity Water's problem. AW dug up verge and put in a new stop tap. Still no water. HomeServe contacted again but it was a week before an engineer arrived. Couldn't get to the route of the problem and returned next day and spent six hours and eventually we had water. Turned out to be small stones causing a blockage in the pipe.

When ringing Homeserve didn’t speak to a person. I told AI or whatever we had a broken outside pipe. Before ringing off it said ‘you have a bunged pipe’, I said no but it didn’t respond. Sent a man out to mend a bunged pipe,I explained what happened on phone, he said this happens frequently. He sorted it out brilliantly, a man arrived next day x mended pipe. He was brilliant too. No problems with the service or the gentlemen that did the job at all, only with the Homeserve call centre, getting it wrong.

Phoned 6-30 in the morning for a blocked loo . As I only have one in the house they made me a priority. A lovely young man turned up at 8.00am and had it all fixed by 9 . Would definitely recommend as a pensioner living on her own it was a godsend

Originally appointment was 8-1 then at 12.25 was told would be later which was a bit annoying . However the engineer sorted the issue out was friendly and helpful thank you
