Adam attended our property last week to carry out the snag report, and we were very impressed with the service. We received the report in just over 24 hours which was great. The report contained issues which we wouldn’t have spotted ourselves and it was clear and easy to read and understand. We have also decided to get the heat loss survey done next week. The girls at the office are very helpful and polite and I would 100% recommend Homesnag. Thanks again!

Homesnag carried out an inspection at our property. The representative arrived on time and was respectful of our new home. He was polite and courteous as well as knowledgeable and informative. He identified things we would not have, so this was money well spent and we would highly recommend

Phone staff very very polite and helpful, didn’t get a chance to meet the inspector as we are both in full time work but we left them a key in the key safe and they made it very easy with no issues.

Team was great to deal with, turned up on time and conducted their work thoroughly. Report was quickly dispatched accurate and a handy excel spreadsheet to help manage the snagging work going forward. Very efficient and worth the initial outlay to sense check that the build was to code.

We had George to do the snagging for our new home which is a show home. Absolutly amazing. Very friendly and he answered every single question in a professional manner. Definitely worth it. Daniel from Homesnag arrived on time and produced a very detailed an professional report, including photos. I think that the report will assist in working withy our builder to identify and clear u all snags.

Although we had to wait a couple of weeks for our survey, I can’t fault Home Snag in their professionalism and the clarity of the report. Really communicative. The report they provided was much more in depth than expected and very useful having just purchased a new home.

Great experience throughout. We weren’t sure of our moving date as it was a brand new home and the team were amazing. I kept them posted along the way and in return they were really helpful and understanding. I am absolutely delighted with the work by HomeSnag. Alex who visited my property found more than 200 issues, including a number that I wouldn't have found until it was too late. In addition, the report was very detailed with photos and references to NHBC standards. I can thoroughly recommend HomeSnag and intend to book a resnag when the rectifications have been made.

Had our survey booking cancelled due to conflict of interest. If you are purchasing a David Wilson Homes property (owned by Barratt) then don’t contact this company. They have so called contracts where they snag more than one property for the developers so won’t take your booking.

Update you failed to mention your offer if I pull down this review and secondly your competition have 2 businesses, one for consumers and one for developers so they have no conflict of interest at all. You need to adjust your business model!

We had the pleasure of having Anthony come to do our snagging for us on our new build home. He was absolutely excellent, thorough and explained everything clearly of what to expect and what the findings mean. He arrived exactly at the time stated and took his time making sure no stone was left unturned. The report we received was detailed and we couldn’t be happier and we have already recommended to friends and would use you again ourselves.

We booked home snag as we purchased a new build property and wanted piece of mine on our new home. Anthony was great from the start and was very helpful and friendly. Explained everything from start to finish and surveyed the property very thoroughly.

After the survey was complete Anthony went through the main snags he had found, explaining in detail, which was great.

Received the full report couple of days later which was full of detail and a really easy lay out to read and understand, which we then forwarded over to our home customer service team.

We paid extra for the borescope inspection and window and wall measurements which I highly recommend. You recieve a seperate document with all the measurements on with images which makes it really easy to understand.

Overall really good experience with homesnag and would highly recommend to anyone. Great customer service team also and very helpful from start to finish!

Excellent value for money - would recommend to all prospective new homeowners. Was very impressed with the detail in the report and the communication both leading up to, and following, the visit. Picked up on issues we wouldn't have uncovered for weeks so this gives us great comfort that we will get the issues rectified and walk into a house with minimal issues
