The report is professional and helpful. Harrison is nice guy and doing a great job. Working in very detail to check the items and inform us early he need more time to complete the job. The next day I already have the report on hand. The developer appreciates his working manner which the report can show, which shows the clear detail and makes the developer follow up easily. Wish he had a good future with HomeSnag.

Excellent company. Carried out a snag on a property finding many things I would not have noticed myself. The snagger David gave a great report within 48hrs of his inspection.
It honestly pays for itself and is well worth it.

Excellent service, the surveyor (David) did an excellent job. He's clearly very knowledgeable and has outstanding eyesight!. He saw things that I didn't notice until he pointed them out to me. The report put me in an excellent position to negotiate with the developer.

We had a snagging and thermal survey carried out on our new Redrow home in December 2020.
We discovered ourselves last year that a piece of tile was missing over a small section of roof at the front of the property. This was present at the time the survey was carried out but was not picked up on the survey. We brought this to the developer's attention, however they advised that they were unable to assist as it was not raised as an issue during the 2 year warranty period.
We then went back to Homesnag who did not want to know and stated that they their reports do not have to be wholly accurate and that they focus on more important issues with a property when conducting a survey. After two email exchanges - they themselves conducted a 'complaints review' which was carried out by the same person we had the email exchange with and basically said that they will not assume any liability and referred us to raise this matter further with the Property Ombudsman.
They are a complete and utter joke and have shown themselves to be completely self-serving with little to no regard of their own failings in providing a competent level of service.

Absolutely superb.
Incredible attention to detail and a perfect report with photo evidence of everything to pass on to our builders.
Cannot recommend this highly enough. There’s absolutely no way I would have found 99% of the issues that were found.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and genuinely have no idea why anyone who buys a new build property wouldn’t get this done.
Thanks again.

We paid £900000 for our property and there is a significant amount of major defects and also basic snags.
I used Homesnag to professionally document all these issues from a independent point of view.
The company is very professional and the reports generated are accordingly professional.
For those still looking for a snag list company then I would highly recommend homesnag.
Adam Smithurst Was our Homesnag representive’s / thanks Adam for the professional work.

Daniel was excellent and very thorough in his survey of our new house! Explained the process really well and found faults we wouldn't have including an unconnected extractor pipe in the loft, and 2 leaks! Cannot rate highly enough! Booking was brought forward as well which was a result and from start to finish the whole process has been excellent!

Homesnag gave a precise visiting time the night before, which was useful. I also needed to re-arrange the visit, which was very straightforward to do. I am happy with the report.

Really glad I chose Homesnag to look at my new build post completion. They went into so much detail and found out much more than I had anticipated or would have even looked at myself. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone else both my neighbours either side have used them.

David was excellent in identifying any issues with the house and the report picked up lots of things which we would not have seen so very worthwhile using HomeSnag
