Still awaiting response from customer services three months after my initial contact via email. Seems they are ignoring me because I have asked for my money returning due to poor quality goods.
Absolute scam of a company they take your hard earned money and then renege on the deal I paid for an item which was to be a Christmas present it didn't arrive and when I enquired they eventually told me that it was out of stock and that I would recieve a refund within 3-5 working days I placed the order in early December I am still waiting on the 18th January avoid this band of bandits at all costs.

I ordered an electric bubble bazooka gun on the 30th October. Standard shipping (5-7 working days). I did not realise that it was being shipped from goodness know where. I was under the impression it was coming from Nuneaton. I have emailed and left a message on the answer machine. Still have not received a response. I would now prefer to have a refund but how. I would never use this company again.
I found this company a few months ago through Chloe Ferry advertising it I've ordered about 4 times always received my order on time the products are amazing. My 5th order that I placed last week has taking a little longer to cone but its arriving today as contacted them and Spoke with Elizabeth which was a great help and she couldn't apologise enough. Thank you Elizabeth Xx. It's that time of the year when all deliveries will be delayed as company's will be probably getting twice or third the amount of extra orders x I'd highly recommend this company xx

Never got what I ordered can not ring them no such number its a scam I'm letting my bank deal with them now. My advice is never buy anything from them. This is a scam don't get ripped off!!!! If I can find out where they are based they will be getting a visit they don't want!!!!!!

Great customer service. My order was delayed and the rep attended to my email quickly and had it resolved. They sent another one asap.
Unfortunately can't rate any lower than a 1 as this company deserves a negative! Not that they will pay any attention to this or any other negative reviews they receive, as long as they take your hard earnt money thats all they care about. Customer service is non existent and trying to get them to answer a simple question is harder than finding the proverbial needle in a haystack. I don't tend to bother leaving reviews as i don't read others but i really wish i had done my homework on these modern day crooks, AVOID AT ALL COSTS, YOU CAN PROBABLY FIND WHAT YOU NEED ANYWHERW ELSE BUT HOME VIBE!!!! Absolute disgraceful company, the CEO should be ashamed
Avoid at all cost! I ordered a multi tier shoe rack, stated be delivered in 5 working days, after two weeks I emailed them to get a reply it will be with me in 3-5 days, three weeks since that reply nothing received and 3 emails they haven't replied too. You probably get better products from pound shops. And most likely a better customer service.
This company does not deserve 1 star. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. I ordered a car frost protector cover 2 months ago. After 3 weeks of not receiving it I contacted them by email, no response. After several emails they replied claiming it must be lost and they would send another out to reach me within 5 working days. A month later I am still waiting. I have twice asked for a full refund as the item is of no use now, no response. Strongly recommend you do not use this fraudulent company.
Wish I had read these before ordering. I bought a heated gillet for a Christmas present and have just found out it doesn't work. Really disappointed, obviously only finding out now - 3 months later- I won't be able to claim or replace. Just wish the recipient had told me before.
ordered a double sheet duvet & Pillows (Teddy fluffy style) in December I only received a sheet, This company ignored all my e-mails. I tried to resolve through Pay pal but home vibe sent a proof of delivery, the small parcel could not contain all the items so left out of pocket. Do not deal with this company
