Poor customer service
Unfortunately not had a good experience with this company as I order something which I need to return, emailed twice and messaged on Instagram, not receive any reply back. Poor customer service. Will not be ordering again.

Hi! I'm so sorry for the late reply. I unfortunately was hacked and lost access to my emails and instagram. I've only just re-gained access today and have seen that there was an issue with your order. It looks like the address was incomplete on your order, it's missing a house number so that's why you didn't receive it! I can see that you opened a chargeback and received a refund, so you should have your money back now.
Again, I can only apologise for this experience, it's been a complete nightmare but I can completely understand your frustration and review!

Ignorance is bliss, give this company a miss
Placed an order and paid for next day delivery (ordering 4 hours before the stated cut off time) and the item has still not been received almost a week on. Reached out to the company (via e-mail and Instagram) when this didn't arrive next day, as I needed the item I had ordered urgently, to be ignored on both platforms on multiple occasions. Would not order from this company again.

Ordered and paid for two lots of the hospital bag organiser bags for myself and friend who are both pregnant. Only received one set. Emailed straight away and had no response. Wouldn’t order again or recommend

Quality and value very good
I recently reviewed HoneyLane Kids and now providing an amendment as they have been very good at rectifying the issue with my order.
The website is very good and I'm very happy with my order, the quality and value is great.
Communication was difficult to establish in the beginning but once established, Ayme was very helpful and able to resolve my complaint and have my order dispatched and received as soon as possible.
The issue I had was due to auto fill when completing address details which caused a delay in my order being received. I do think that if contact cannot be made with a customer within a given time frame a refund should be automatically issued.

Faulty item but resolved straight away
I received a faulty item of clothing which I was a little upset about, however the issue was resolved straight away when speaking with the owner and a full refund and delivery fee was also given to which I am very grateful for. They were very kind and understanding in dealing with the issue promptly.
