Beautiful soft headbands, beautifully made

I orded 2 of the comforters in 2 different colours. I received a shipping email, so assumed I would receive the item any day. After a week I emailed to find out where these items were. To be told that unfortunately the items I ordered were not in stock and I had received an email, I did which went to spam so I did not receive it. On emailing to resolve I was told that the only one available was the cream one. One of these items were for myself and one as a gift. I decided that I would have the cream one as it would take to long for me to receive my money back and then reorder for another company. I was told these would be dispatched 2 days later, I received them very quickly after 3days. The quality of the item looks great although I have reviewed at 3 stars as I would have preferred the blue and pink one and think they would have looked much better. The communication was quite quick, just remember to look at your spam, I didn't as I had already received an email saying it had been shipped with a royal mail tracking number.

Such beautiful bows, we have all the colours. They are made so well and are perfect for babies.

Took ages to arrive! Got the email asking for review waaaay before item came. I also have a 5 month old small baby who can still wear 0-3, I ordered this in 3-6 months and it’s short in the leg and body, too late to send back and get another as I know it won’t get here for Easter as the first one took so long to come!

Found the same item much cheaper elsewhere too! (Original Label has been cut out if the one I have received)

Great quality, neutral clothing for my little one, my only issue is paying for items and receiving a dispatch email to then be emailed a day or two later saying you've been refunded for said items because they're "out of stock".

No correspondence received, paid for delivery with a 1-3 day time frame and it's been 7 days and I still haven't received my order. I have sent 2 emails asking where my order is and have not yet received a reply....! Very disappointed as needed the bows before we go away this weekend and I'm not sure we will be receiving them

Love the colour and material of these headbands, but unfortunately the bow undos so easily :(
