The necklaces are too expensive for the cheap material you get in the mail. It feels like a chain that you can get in those 25¢ machines as a kid. And on top of that, I tried to get in contact with their costumer service because my account was charged twice and they sent me multiple emails and each saying different things. They have the WORST customer service and I don’t recommend anyone buy anything from this company. It’s cheaply made and their customer service is awful.

I never post reviews but I'm looking out for everybody else so they don't make the same mistake I did.
I was looking for something I could get my girlfriend for our 5 year anniversary together. I saw multiple ads for the necklace and on the website, the reviews were amazing. You choose a lockett, any engraving and one or two pictures of your choosing to put inside. Well, I recieved it today, the day before our anniversary, and it is absolutely horrible quality. For well around 70$+ (shipping and all), the package had no tape to hold it closed. The necklace is very cheap and flimsy. Opening it is scary because of my fear I'll break or bend it. The pictures weren't placed as I ordered them and of terrible quality. Not to mention how minutes after I've opened it, it broke into 3 pieces in my hands.
DO NOT buy anything from this site. For how much I spent, it wasn't worth it. At all. Very disappointed, will be telling everybody I know to avoid this site like the plague

The necklace was not what it was advertised. 50 dollars for something I could’ve gotten from the dollar store along with photos that were cut out terribly. Not to mention the box was not sealed shut during shipping. I expect more from small companies but this was just a rip off and waste of money frankly.
To send the product back would be a waste of my time and not worth it. I hope that the money I paid for the product and not to return it you can invest in better processes and materials for this company.

Photos did not fill entire locket and one of the lockets snapped in two not long after the person received it. The overall look and quality of the metal was good.

Locket too small as a keychain
The locket is a nice size for a necklace but too small as a keychain. We bought several keychains and were disappointed how small they are. A little guidance would have been appreciated regarding picture choice, we can barely see the photos. The some of the photos were not cut ‘expertly’. The engraving is very nice.
