SCAM SCAM SCAM! Will take your money, agree for you to have a credit note once you PAY to send the item back then keep both your money & your returned items. AVOID!!!!

Absolutely disgusting, will not respond to emails or WhatsApp messages, keep away. If you look on the Government website you can see that they haven't produced this years accounts. The positive reviews are from fronds and family in the North West of England, they are in a unit in Preston which has a phone number which goes straight to voice mail. Contacting trading standards. Please keep away

SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Zero response regarding a return!
I have made 6 attempts to contact this company within the 1 week window they give to customer for returns and literally no response at all! Absolutely disgusting!! It’s such a shame because I’ve actually had a couple of other items from here and love them but I WILL NOT be ordering from them again if this is how they treat customers!!!

Worst experience ever I ordered and got a confirmation immediately. They said it would be shipped after 2-4 days waited 7 days tried to get in touch via email, never heard back from them. After another 2 days I found another I could text and enquire called texted didn’t hear back after trying for a total of 9 days I received an email that they’ve shipped the package. Bad customer services so disappointed.

I’ve ordered from this company before and the first time with my return and refund was great they responded straight away I recieved my credit note. Now I’ve made another 2 orders and the service to respond is Awful they are ignoring my messages but that’s ok because I’m taking it further and I’m going on every platform that they are promoting there business and I’m gonna leave a review because they are more than FRAUDSTERS. I’m advising people DONOT order from this site they are not good there clothes is good quality I’m not gonna lie but the service to respond is AWFUL. I’ve been messaging on WhatsApp for days and they are not replying. So if anyone has money to give away go ahead and continue to order with these people. I’m so annoyed a d disappointed 😡

I ordered a dress from here and had actually emailed to ask to cancel within 30 seconds of making the order as I initially wanted to rectify it - no response. Once I received the dress i could see the sizing was way off and wasn’t going to fit anyway so immediately followed their returns policy by which you have to WhatsApp and request a refund within 7 days (red flag).. they took days to respond to me but once confirmed managed to send it back within the week. This was over 2 months ago now and I never heard anything from them or had any confirmation of return and am still battling them via Klarna for a refund. According to Klarna they have claimed the dress is “damaged” despite the fact that I didn’t even try it on and immediately returned it. I tried to message in regards to the issue but they just don’t bother to even reply. Company is literally just a fraudster with a WhatsApp who will do anything to steal your money.

I returned the item as I did not like the material of the garment, however, I've brought a 2 piece legging set which I love.

I've been trying to get a refund for 2 weeks and no one responds to you. You can only contact them via WhatsApp. This service is poor, also you have to pay for your our return.

I am disappointed as although both items received were of good quality one of the items a two piece size large was very small I am a 12/14 and was to small but ok it happens, I was instructed to request a return on WhatsApp they had not responded so I then emailed again no response I am not use to such a service typically you just send a product back. Now I'm lumbard with an outfit I cannot wear and I want my money back which is my entitlement.

If I could give zero stars, I would I don’t think that they deserve any stars. I’ve ordered address about almost a month ago which I’m still waiting for. I’ve taken my money. I’ve constantly tried to contact them. They have never ever responded to me. I don’t even understand what type of company this is Interesting. I’ve read some of the reviews and some people have said amazing. Some people have said they haven’t received this. I think the customer service is the worst I’ve ever had to deal with because they don’t even respond to you at all £63 of my money and I’ve never ever received the dress , so this has Gotta be the company I’ve dealt with and I would never recommend them to anyone and I would never ever use them again. It’s absolutely diabolical.

Sent back outfit, refused refund has they said knickers were not included. No knicker was in package. Paid for this outfit now waiting for them to send link to pay for it to be sent , still waiting for link that works. 1st and last time I will use them

I would give 0 stars if I could I ordered a dress shipping was said to be 2-5 days the item was for a special event and I’m still waiting it’s been over a week I’m absolutely fuming I won’t be ordering from them again false advertising - if I don’t get my dress by today I have nothing to wear I checked the delivery and it specifically says 2 -4 days what a lie that is I’m wondering if this is a really website or a scam

I have purchased 3 items one of them was an exchange. Over two months later I have still not received!! Bad communication system. My issue never gets resolved. You talk over wassap, someone will talk to you for a bit and then go. Then you’re repeating yourself over and over again, the issue never gets resolved and then the person goes again.
