Impossible to communicate with customer service / get a refund

Customer service is terrible. I want to return something as per their "contact" us instructions and they don't respond.

Love the colour and feel of the fabric but the sizing is not good at all the top kept falling down no matter how tight I had it which is a shame as a really like the outfit

I have ordered several items and all are unreal. The quality, the colours and options are amazing as well as outstanding customer service from Lilly. I have had so many compliments when I have worn the outfits and such a quick delivery service as well as reasonably priced. Don't walk run girls get your Honeyz order in today.

Horrendous return experience. This is the second time ordering from Honeyz. You have to message them on WhatsApp within 7 days of returning your item for a refund. Which I did, after me messaging a further 4 times I was told as per the t&cs I would only be liable for store credit. I explained I was well within the 7 days and have just been ignored. The exact same thing happend with my first order.

Do not order from this website as you will not get your money back if the items don’t fit or you need to return!

Their customer service is non existent.

This was my second order, unfortunyatley the item was too small. I spoke with Lilly on whatsapp and she sorted a refund for me. Really helpful and polite.

I ordered an outfit forgot I ordered it and reordered the same thing the following day trying to send one back you would not allow it. Anyone could see this is a genuine mistake, no one would order the same outfit same colour twice for themselves deliberately. Never used HONEYZ.COM before will never use them again and have made sure I have told anyone who will listen they are a bad bargain! Customer Service is a zero.

Returned an item , never heard nothing for 2 weeks , chased them up via their whats app, only for them to tell me that my return has been rejected due to tan being on the garment. Due to my lovely black skin, I do not need fake tan. I didn’t even try the thing on. Any excuse for them not to refund you, The customer service is absolutely shocking and the quality is awful. I even had to pay 10 pound to return it to them and whats even more shocking is that The Royal Mail proof for my return shows my parcel thrown on the floor, it’s laughable.

I ordered a few things one set fit perfect the other set was a little tight I ordered small however I’m a size 8-10 bottom depending on material and a dd up top slim figure so I contacted them via WhatsApp to send the 3 items back to exchange for next size up and ( Lilly) responded and was very polite & helpful 😃 items are great quality, looking forward to receiving my exchange items that will fit better 💋

Placed an order however did not fit so contacted Honeyz via whattsapp and Lilly was absolutely amazing. Fast response and was able to reorder asap.

So although I was a bit put out that my order was not in stock and I was expecting my outfit to arrive, I spoke to a lovely customer service lady called Lilly who promptly answered my message and got me a speedy refund.

What company doesn’t accept returns because they are in a sale !?
Most stupidest thing iv ever heard. Clearly can’t sell there products so have to rob people this way !

Poor customer service

I’ve ordered quite a few pieces from Honeyz and it NEVER disappoints. The quality and fit is 10/10. I find it hard to find things to sculpt and fit my body well, so when I found this brand I was SO happy!

Best material, luxury feeling & super supportive! Great for my curvy body, hugs me in all the right places and snatched my waist! Love it! 10/10 x

Lilly was extremely prompt when dealing with my request. Not only are the clothes great quality the customer experience is fantastic. Great company.

Don’t order from here! I wish I’d checked the reviews before purchasing. They don’t allow any returns and will come up with every excuse in the book to not accept a return and refund you.

When I needed help with an item Lilly messaged me and sorted it straight away!

By far my favourite clothing brand
Being 5ft1 I struggle to get clothes to fit me but Every item I buy from Honeyz fits me perfectly I purchase in every colour they do as so affordable and quality is AMAZING!
Also When I had a issue with wrong colour jumpsuit being sent the Customer service on whatsap message the person dealing was so polite and so prompt with dealing with my issue so they get a all round 5 * review from me
