Great program and Customer Service, Go Tosh B…
Tosh and Customer Service took care of my issue quickly even though it was my fault do to address change. My daughter was excited waiting for new packet.
Why She so excited???? Because she loves it. Not even 4yo, already reading and spelling. Also, traces and writes her name. I'm a Teacher/Therapist. My child learns in many ways. Home Schooling has been the best for our situation. Hooked on Phonics has been the easiest program to set up and complete.
Always remember when teaching, Patients is Golden.

The app is trash
The app is trash. It doesn't help the child. You must be there at all times to walk them through everything even if they're a tentative child. I've used this since my baby was 3 and she's 5 and it did nothing. Absolutely nothing. I need someone to tell me it helped their child read and how? She learned more with ABC mouse and she stayed engaged without me having to sit there with her for hours just to operate the app.

We are still using Hooked on Phonics
We are still using Hooked on Phonics. I just don't think it helps teach as well as it did years ago when it was 100% offline I use this with one of my grandchildren. Just doesn't retain as much from Hooked on Phonics like she does with some other sights. I would still highly recommend Hooked on Phonics. It is a good program for some kids. I personally liked it better when it was all offline

I just got off the phone with Ms. Tasha and she was amazing. I believed that I accidentally ordered a separate practice pack and was charged for it and she so graciously deleted that second charge and explained so much about the program to me. your system stole money from us...I canceled the account under my email and they are saying there are 2 accounts with my email and I can only see one but the other is still being charged and now have the audacity to charge me to send back items I did not want to begin with and paid for not willingly...thieves!

The hooked on phonics reading program…
The hooked on phonics reading program has really helped my daughter learn to read in just a few months. When a financial emergency came up and we needed to pause Tosha b helped us out and gave us all the resources on how to restart right from where we left off. Overall excellent program

Definitely recommend!
My little six year old daughter went into firstt grade struggling to read. She would get so frustrated! She began separate lessons at school to help her catch up, but I wanted to do more. I decided to start her on the Hooked on Phonics program at home, to see if it would help her gain confidence in her reading. I wasn't sure if it would work, but it did! We have been doing the program for a few months now but she has already moved up two reading levels and can sound out most age-appropriate words on her own. Definitely recommend!

Reading Teacher Approved!
As a reading teacher, I can say that Hooked on Phonics offers excellent resources that align to the Science of Reading and offer parents what they need to support their child. My daughter’s school has doubled down on a terrible reading program that pushes developmentally inappropriate skills in kindergarten such as word memorization. Thanks to Hooked on Phonics, I can remediate her at home and build up her reading knowledge in an appropriate way. I have had 1 issue with my order which was handled almost immediately by their excellent customer service. If you have ANY concerns about your child’s reading, don’t think twice- subscribe to Hooked on Phonics!

Best Literacy Tool EVER!!
People! Listen up! This is by far the BEST way to build literacy skills! I’m a 90s baby and I grew up on Hooked on Phonics. Now I get to share the same experience with my child! This platform is incredible to use, my son is 5 and has developed phonemic awareness, letter recognition and can write! Through the use of HOP, he has developed a love for literacy and that is a mother’s DREAM! Additionally, I made a goof in my account and called the customer support team for help. Ryan Roberson was AWESOME and even took the time to understand my child’s needs on a personal level. He went above and beyond to fix my issue and showed incredible pride in the company. Give him a raise! Parents, don’t hesitate. Be the teacher your child needs and take the stress out of homeschool! Subscribe to Hooked on Phonics ASAP! It’s worth it!

I needed to reach out to customer service chat for an inquiry on if there was any sort of assistance financially that they would be able to provide me and my family with the program. I thought that I was writing just a general contact form when I had initially written in the reason for reaching out, and I wasn't aware that I had selected the chat option until the lovely customer service representative, Tosha B. Chimed back. While it turns out I had tons more questions then planned, a few of which were a little obscure, and Tosha was really an excellent advocate for me. I really strongly appreciated her sincere patience and understanding for my situation, and I am beyond grateful for the assistance overall that I was able to be provided with.
