The personalization options stay exactly as confirmed in the order, we do not make any changes on our end unless specifically requested. We offer a full preview of your created book, and show all the details, that include description, in your cart. Additionally, you are asked to confirm everything on the website before you pay. We then send you a confirmation email where all of the details are shown again. As a precaution, we wait for 24h before printing, in case you want to make any changes. After that, the books go into print as ordered.
I checked up on the details of your order and I can see the book you received matches the description of the order details. You can check this yourself in the confirmation email we sent you.
I also checked whether we had any correspondence via e-mails with you and I could not find anything.
We are very sorry for this situation, but we still hope that you and your partner are enjoying your book. 🤗

Perfect Gift
I bought a Father's Day book as a gift and it was perfect. The quality is fantastic and the little stories are so much fun. I like that you have the option to read as many stories as you'd like since each page is its own little adventure. Bought for my husband but our daughter has us read it to her regularly. Just ordered another book for my daughters!

Beware of Delivery Dates - Update
I have entirely edited my review. After some major concerns about the delivery dates, these guys actually managed to get my book delivered before Christmas! I don’t know how they did it, even considering DHL said it would be delivered after Christmas.
Now that I have the book in hand, the quality is excellent. I am very satisfied and I know my partner will be as well. Thank you.
