Needs Work in the Delivery Department
The process to customize a book is pretty straightforward and easy to do. Shipping and timelines associated with this company are unpleasantly surprising and told to you at last minute. They quote in business days and are very expensive and slow. Terrible delivery system compared to any other company I’ve used.
Just an update 1 month later. I got my book delivered slightly sooner than the delivery timeline. Still a bit long. Shipping cost remains biggest sticking point especially with the cost. The book was well made and definitely great quality. The book is exactly as described with nice thick pages and good quality ink.

Because there are so many steps between placing your order and delivering it, we take more time just to be sure that your order will reach you in perfect condition.
At the checkout before placing your order, you can choose from several delivery methods that suit you the best such as UPS Mail Innovations and FedEx. We made sure to ship out every book on time but once the book is handed over to the delivery services we have little control over it.

More hair options, otherwise very stress free process
I would give a higher score but the hair options were limited it was hard to find an option for my mom when she was younger, more hair options and I’d say it’s near perfect! It feels very personalized and yet not too much work on the buyers part. I like that everything in the book is your choice! Perfect for those that want something to feel extra special but don’t have the time or patience to spend hours creating something!
