Excellent service requested to translate the book.
I requested to translate the book on a different language and the reply to the request was less than 48 hours which was great. Lily who helped me, even notice that I forgot to put my full delivery address. She also gave me links to choose a different story that was not yet translate on the language preferred which was super helpful. I recommend Hooray Heroes!

Great idea, but improvements needed
It would be nice to have a coupon code for free shipping, it doesn’t make sense for the shipping cost to be nearly 50% of the book. Also a three week wait for the book seems a bit long. However I do like the customizable characters and dedication and story options. Would like if stories were over a few more pages with bigger font.

I’m excited for the book, but the shipping cost is so high. After putting in the time to make it, of course you want to keep going forward, it’s such a unique gift….
I had no idea the cost to ship would be half the book!

Fast answer
I wanted my book to be in french. I've follow the instruction, went to bed and in the morning I was surprised to have an email telling me that my book will be sent in french as requested. I won't have to worried and it was super quick !
