When I ordered it was specified that the order would be dispatched same day and will be received by me in 24 hours. This was not the case and it took 4 days. Misleads customers into buying with false promise of same day delivery.. I did message the complaint and the response was not apologetic and no care attitude.

The item i ordered was too big and i needed to return it but Hoover C/S responded within a few hours and there was a free return label without any quibbling. From start to finish the customer service was a real person and I really appreciated that. Item was picked up from home by arrangement. Thanks Hoover.

You sell this hoover under false pretences and should be reported. Very complicated to get it linked to wifi and then I find I dont have a compatible wifi! What a ripoff! Why dont you explain in your flashy expensive ads that this is often the case??!

Great hoover. I am very pleased to have a washable filter on my new hoover. This is the second simple pull along Hoover brand vacuum cleaner for me. The price was again very competitive, and the product is easy to carry around the house including upstairs or resting on a sofa while you use get into a 15cm space down the back of your sofa without the need to move it. My last hoover lasted 10 years and I’m hoping this will too. I only gave 4 stars due to free next day delivery blaring out at me from your website, but the delivery date was unclear until the delivery day which was either the Tuesday, or Wednesday after bank holiday. The delivery day was not clear and I did ensure I was up early and rechecking the website after my delivery did not arrive next day as was the communication that Was really standing out to me.

Hoover with no cord and car tools
Nice light little hoover for upstairs to save trailing a larger hoover up and down. Easy to put together i am 70 so it wasn't a problem, the test is still to come as we have a very large hairy dog

Very happy, but why no short hose 🤔?
I’M very happy overall with my new Hoover Breeze Evo. It’s light, was easily unboxed & assembled, is quiet and has a good long lead and stair hose. I find it easy to use and I also qualified for a 15% discount by sending proof I was a senior, reducing the price to £70. My only gripe is, I’d like to have — or be able to buy — the short hose connection Hoover used to, but no longer, supply with this unit. So far I have not been able to obtain one. Can Hoover help? 🤔
