Excellent value, cordless vacuum!
I found this vacuum cleaner to be an absolute whiz! It zipped around my rooms in a flash. It was particularly good along edges and picked up everything in its path. I liked that it had ‘headlights’ which really allowed me to see into dark corners. Whilst it’s great to have long battery life it does make the machine slightly heavier than others I’ve tried. The wall bracket not only stores the machine neatly but has a handy click on bracket for the accessories which themselves made cleaning stairs, upholstery and the car very easy.
Overall this is a great all round cordless vacuum cleaner.

I would give them 0 if it would allow me to- placed an order using a discount and waited to hear from them . They took my money and 4 days later still no contact to arrange delivery - I contacted them online as no phone numbers and they stated it’s cancelled as possible fraud - no email to confirm no phone call to check . They have not mentioned giving my money back and have just said I can reorder . Absolutely disgusting service and still awaiting my refund

Pretty much disaster from beginning to end. We ordered a new machine for my father-in-law on 3rd August.. yet no information. After several days we were told it was out of stock and shouldn't have been online. They agreed to upgrade to the next model. The machine was simply dropped off on the 21st August, despite an email from Hoover saying it would be installed and the old one taken away. One star is one too many - take your business elsewhere and find a company that isn't a total shambles.

An Excellent Hoover
The Hoover arrived promptly and well packaged once it was back in stock.
First Impressions: -
It is a bit heaver then my aging Dyson.
The build quality looks and feels very good.
The instruction needs improving; I am technically literate, but we struggled to decipher the supplied instructions. I searched the internet, but nothing was available. A QR code linking to a product demonstration would be good.
Using the HF610HB
It is a big improvement on our old vacuum, the three speeds available cater for many cleaning tasks.
The automatic hard floor/ carpet detector is excellent.
The amount of extra dust picked up from our bedroom carpet was a big surprise; and that was on the lowest setting.
Overall, we are very impressed so far; we just need to find out where to register the warranty as the address is not on the card!

Hoover HG2 Robot vacuum
When i initially went to order the item the product was out of stock. I set up a reminder via the Hoover Website. I was emailed when in stock. I ordered and the item was delivered next day. Great start.
I have set the robot up using the instruction booklet and app. Booklet could be clearer as it’s just pictures. The vacuum cleans very well and will definitely be a great little help in between main housework day to keep the floors clear. (We have a hairy dog).
Just started a mop cycle as we speak and it’s not doing a bad job. Obviously it’s a lot slower than a human but who cares! . All in all a great little gadget and would recommend.
My dog is not scared of this either which is a bonus, he hates our upright vacuum.
Only had a few days so not sure on some stuff. We’ve named our robot Robbie
