The Hope2Sleep is a Registered Charity (1168089 ) raising awareness of Sleep Apnoea and supporting patients. The main source of our funding comes from sales of our products - many of which patients would struggle without for their life-saving CPAP therapy, as despite our sleep disorder, we too deserve comfortable sleep!

Great service, lovely people.

Ordered a mask cushion for my CPAP machine from this charity, as my existing one was damaged. My NHS providers had proved difficult to contact and I was quite desperate to replace the item, was becoming quite sleep deprived and feeling unwell. Hope2sleep's response was brilliant, item was dispatched 1st class same day for delivery the following day. I had a couple of queries about the purchase, phoned them twice and they were so patient and understanding. I would highly recommend this charity for all sleep disorder equipment and also support and advice, they are brilliant!

Buyer beware doesn’t work

Not a great product (ZEUS) Didn’t work at all. I Am unable to return as I have opened the product to see if it works but unfortunately it doesn’t do what it says on the tin. £200 is a lot of money for something that doesn’t work. Buyer beware.

Hi Elizabeth, I'm sorry to see you've given the charity a one start review and not the product as the charity really does try to help people like yourself get the most out of products and also to support you as much as we can. I can't see that you've contacted the charity about the product since you've purchased it- but the product is actually part of a money back guarantee so you can get some of the money back (the cost of the Zeus minus the 30pack Hydrogel pads). A great charity and supplier.
Since getting a Obstructive Sleep Apnoea diagnois, this charity has been invaluable.
Products are reliable, good value, and ship quickly. And their support forums are a great resource.
