This company has always been extremely helpful and have certainly bent over backwards to assist me with my ‘picky’ needs. It seems that nothing is ever a problem. As far as I’m concerned, full marks and thank you for helping me out so many times.

After over twenty years of using Cpap masks and machines it is a great comfort to know that there is somewhere to be able buy everything from spare parts, masks and mask care. I feel that Sleep-tight really understand and care.

Had an issue but they fixed it quickly

I bought a hard to get specific filter for my CPAP machine which arrived in a couple of days. I'm happy with my purchase and the service.

Customer service was excellent; I had made an error with the initial order (ordering the wrong spare pillow cover for the pillow ordered) and the company telephoned to check that I was sure and then corrected it; they were extremely helpful and kind and even though there was subsequently a slight delay with delivery, I was kept updated. Would definitely recommend

Although the wrong size item was sent, a quick phone call later and it was all sorted and an honest mix up. I will be back again 😁

Purchased a CPAP machine, refurbished< and it was overall a good experience.
Well packed, quick despatch. Machine looked new and worked fine.

I was unable to find a mask cover that worked or fitted my F40 mask, as I an allergic to silicone this was a problem,, but sleep tight sock pda cheek liners, a bit more expensive than the usual ones but fit perfectly and do not interfere with the seal so no more sores on my face. Thankyou worth every penny

Excellent customer service, despite issues caused by DPD, Sleep Tight were very helpful and responsive in getting my order delivered.

Please advise me on how exactly I should use the CPAP machine.
In the mornings, the monitor shows - 9.6...
(This means the CPAP isn't working well enough to prevent sleep apnea!)
Perhaps you have someone in NUNEATON/COVENTRY/HINCKLEY who could bring me the machine and mask for diagnosis.

I’ve ordered two CPAP machines and various masks and accessories over the years from this company - all arrived in a few days, no problems experienced. They’re really good.

It was not easy to make a 12 month contract it cost me more because I had to pay for delivery on my 1st order.

Quick response when ordered colour was not available and I received a phone call telling me of colours in stock and it was delivered the next day.

I am a new patient to this company having had sleep aponia in 2016, and was cured, until now it has returned. My CPAP machine was returned as I was under the NHS and the wating times now are over 3 months Unfortunately, I have been steadily getting worse and did some research and found this small family company who suggested that I could hire a machine at a very reasonable cost on a rolling monthly contact and post it back to them, once aq machine became available on the NHS
Customer Service adviser Jessica was so very helpful and the next day after just filling out and returning a few simple forms simple my CPAP machine was delivered next day.
The service, speed, kindness, and understanding given was second to none, there was no rush either.
I certainly would recommend this lovely little company and for the amount its costing it would be a good idea to look at.
I have also ben told there are lots of options to purchase
