Great selection, backed with excellent customer service
Great selection of beers, many of which are vegan-friendly (check barnivore.com). And customer service is excellent - immediate response and resolution to a query/problem I had. Will be ordering from Hopt again as soon as I'm 'dry' :)

Incomplete orders
Ordered two times a couple of beers here. Two times they send an incomplete order. They’re not willing to send the beers I originally ordered, they just offer a refund. Shame. Last time I ordered here.
