I needed a small piece of glass for my woodturning stove and went to Horizon in Launceston for the replacement. Excellent, friendly, helpful service. I went in one afternoon and got a call it was ready just after 8:00am the next morning. Very reasonable price too. I love getting great service like this!

This company provides excellent customer care. Easy to talk to on the phone or email. Delivery guy is always personable and happy. I can highly recommend Horizon Plastics for an always professional yet personal service. Prices are good as well!

Orded Composite decking and associated fittings via website. Material arrived on date specified and was as described. Excellent product and service all round.

Most helpful when I phoned up and order was arranged for the next day delivery. I asked if the delivery driver if he could phone to give a delivery time as I had to pop out and this he did. I am very pleased with the quality of the decking boards and I would not hesitate in recommending them.

Avoid, Dishonest and poor tradesman ship.

From start to finish the service has been excellent, all staff whether on the phone, when we visited the showroom and the delivery drivers have been so polite. Nothing was too much trouble and would definitely recommend them.

Superb service from online ordering to delivery. Great products at best prices, good customer service and product knowledge is excellent too. They even rang when on their way here to let me know a more precise time for delivery. Would absolutely recommend.

Was offered a price on the composite decking only for it to have jumped up when we purchased it without them stating it at the time that a price increase was taking place. they wouldnt give us a refund. will not use this company again. Matt was the sales person. *updated added materials to the builder for another product were the issue in the end. If Matt had looked at the invoice he would have seen this and the problem would have been fixed easily.

Couldn’t be more happy with the service provided, had decided upon product and used manufacturers website to find local supplier - Horizon. Even though they were out of stock of one trim the service was great, right down to delivering the missing trim even though I had selected collection by moi.

Found what I wanted on line but had to call to confirm some details. Ordered and paid on line. They called me with a delivery slot and they delivered on time. There was some minor shipping damage to the product (panel edges chipped) but in my case it didn't matter as I could manage fitting around that - but otherwise would have given 5 stars.

Very efficient, friendly and courteous staff handled my order superbly.
