The product is excellent. The communication is excellent. The delivery ahead of schedule. Amazing company! We ordered a 20L fridge and Host was by far the best!

Ordered a wine fridge on standard delivery. Expected delivery time was 4-5 days but it arrived a day or two earlier ... actually around 7:30am, but not complaining! Exactly as advertised and well packaged.

The appliance ideally suits my requirements, was delivered quickly, and communication re delivery was very good! Very happy with the whole experience. Thank you very much

I ordered a folding stainless steel table from Host the week before Christmas. I had fully expected that delivery might be a little slower than usual at this time of year particularly as there were also terrible weather conditions at the time. So I was delighted that delivery was prompt and accurate to estimated time slot. Product excellent, much sturdier than I had anticipated. All in all 5 star

I have bought two appliances (both the same) in as many months from Host. They are both faulty. I do not mind but I cannot condone no phone number listing to speak to somebody.

At last a toaster with a reasonable price and with proper elements that toast the bread uniformly instead of expecting a 'fire bar' element to do toast properly.
It also handles the breadmaker bread that we use exclusively (400g loaves in a Panasonic)
It also looks good in the kitchen.

I had never heard of this company before. After trolling through the internet, I stumbled across a pizza oven just like one i had years ago and loved. It was packaged perfectly and quickly delivered, after opening realised it was much better quality than we expected. Very good value for money, I will definitely buy from Host again, I highly recommend them.

I bought a fridge for my trade kitchen on the 1st of September. Few days later when it arrived, I noticed the left door is not well adjusted. I called, they tell me I have to fix it myself or to pay them to send an engineer. I explain that it's a default. They send me a form then for warranty and repair which I filled up and returned. Then....no news, I kept calling with no result at the end. The door did not get better and some screws fell down.
After allowing them enough time, and a few more emails, I called again this week. And there is their reply today:
《Thank you for you email. I am sorry you having issues with your unit. I can see my colleauge responded on 25/09/23 and 2/10/23.
This unit comes with a parts-only warranty. We can arrange for an a engineers visit where parts are covered but you would need to pay the call out and labour costs as per the parts only warranty. Alternatively, you can supply an engineer’s report and we can send you the part/s needed.
Please advise if you would like to be sent our out of warranty prices 》

So, this review is just to alert others to be very aware of the service after, when buying with them. Or make sure to also pay for 1 year enhanced warranty to cover the eventual default of the product you will receive ..because they won't!

Update since: their reply:
《Thank you for your email. As per the terms and conditions of sale any faulty or damage to the unit needs to be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the item.》
In my situation, I was in the process of re building the trade kitchen, and I received the fridge, it was still a building site with electricians. So we kept it in the box to save it from dust and damage. And it's a few days later only that I called them once we installed it. .but it was too late. So, as it's not made clear by them when you buy, make sure to look at everything within 24h after you received your order.
Does this delay suit people working in hospitality... I don t think so.

But at least, my experience might help others.

Great rice cooker perfect size for catering
