As a boutique hotel we ordered a hotel room fridge for our in room facilities. The fridge arrived promptly but does not seem to refrigerate below 16C. There os no obvious way of contacting Host from the website other than creating a support ticket, which we did. No reply.
Strangely we then receive a request for Trustpilot reviews from Host with a message telling me how important customer service and excellence is. Host, here is my feedback: Allow people to interact with you when there are problems and solve them, then we will go to a 5 star review....

Very poor service regarding delivery…
Very poor service regarding delivery had to pay £50 after first delivery attempt failed. Their chosen courier used at artic lorry in a residential area and that became our problem! Knowing people who work in logistics they advised that the choice of vehicle is between the seller and the logistics company not the end customer. No detail given that an attic lorry would be used as clearly we would have advised against that, as would many a resident not living on a main road! Wont acknowledge the issue and seems a way to make more income. Do not recommend.

Ordered HOST0683CM on the Saturday and it arrived Tuesday lunchtime. Very impressed. It was well packaged for the journey.
The Ice Cream maker is of top quality and a lot cheaper than the closest competitor.
I love the shape as it has a lot smaller footprint than other brands and takes up less space on the worktop.
