Purchased LED Fly Killer... good price, delivered earlier than expected, works well. Not to sure if the flies like it!!

I was very happy with the company delivery was on time and the water dispenser is great.

Very disgusting and disappointed company, I bought from them 4 items , first 2 they left with our neighbours and I received them, last 2 I didn’t even knew what’s going on with them because no one didn’t call me or text me to say that driver is outside, I’m receiving email from them that if I want to rearrange delivery I have to pay £50 fees with vat £116, how I can know that you was at my shop , and I don’t understand why you didn’t left like first time with my neighbours, exactly next door who are open from 07:00 till night.. when I told them to cancel they said that I have to pay this £116 and another 20% from each item , this is completely disgusting… I will not leave like that.. to steal from me …

Ordered my item on 3rd July - 3-5day delivery supposed to be . When I hadn’t received it or heard of dispatch by the 11th I contacted them. Couldn’t find my item , couldn’t track and someone would call me back. But 7 hrs later I called them back…same story…and someone would call me back….. Eventually I got a message. Item couldn’t be tracked so resending….3-5 day delivery. Only after I complained again, I was told it would be sent next day. Not very impressed. I don’t think this was sent out in the first place as I has no email telling me it had been dispatched. Disappointing as the price was competitive.

This company is the best I have ever dealt with had problems with delivery not there fault but got onto the delivery company sorted it and even gave us the delivery charge back which we paid for next day delivery I am so impressed will use again

Easy to order and reasonable price for next-day delivery. The product is well built and value for money vs other brands of similar quality. Will use again for upcoming purchases.

Excellent aluminium folding table at a great price. As a trader is the first time I find a good ones for this prices.

Quick delivery, good value product

No helpful. Hhefty restocking fees and charges if I return. EVEN THOUGH I PURCHASED an alternative product which cost MORE.
Choose someone else to deal with is my honest recommendation.

No fuss next day delivery
Couldn't believe how amazing microwave looks, matches kitchen perfectly, no more stupid glass turntable that always falls off on an ordinary microwave.

Very good customer service.
We needed a certain size new wine fridge for our pub and so I contacted Host regarding my requirements and had an email back stating the best match for what we wanted.
It was delivered next day and we are very happy with our purchase and help we received.

I was in a bad situation with no kitchen sink and no running water having been let down by a company called Adexa. That’s when I found HOST.

HOST were able to get a sink to me with 24hour expedited delivery. They phoned me to confirm when it would arrive and they were absolutely lovely to deal with. The delivery drivers phoned to say they were just around the corner.

The sink was well packed, with hand holds for the delivery drivers (by contrast the Adexa package was torn full of holes where the courier couldn’t lift it)

Although I have been to hell and back trying to get a return and refund from Adexa - (because, yes, that out of production sink did arrive out of the blue weeks later after the build was complete instead of my refund!) I’m really glad I have the HOST sink instead.

It’s really high quality, water drains where it ought to, easy to use easy to clean. The design accommodated some difficult pipe work behind and the adjustable legs coped with a ridiculously uneven floor. The fitter said it was a lovely piece of kit.

This company deserves your custom at every stage of the process.

We purchased a sous vide from Host. The quality is fantastic. Quick delivery at a great price. Very impressive. We shall use them again should we need any of the products they offer.

Good website with clear information and simple to order. Unfortunately although we paid extra for next day delivery, before 3 on Friday, it did not arrive until 9pm on Tuesday. A shame, but it did arrive and we are pleased with the product.
