I have been using Host Europe for a few year (a virtual server + domain service). The services has mainly been working, but there has also been some technical problems during this time. A bigger problem is the language.

When log into the administration pages it is possible to choose between English and German, but although English is chosen a lot of the information still comes in German. It is not easy to admin the services when not understand German. The situation has been the same during all these years, so no improvement has happen. When they want to profile themselves as a European hosting provider they should really also put more effort on the languages side, so that their customers understand what is said on the admin pages. Host Europe GmbH is a German company, but in this case it is no excuse to for not have all information in English when they have English as a language choice and give customers the impression that service is provided in English.

When contacting the support you get good English service, but it would really be needed to have all the admin pages and information also in English.
