Switched to hostdlim-eu recently because my old provider was getting way too expensive for what they offered. Setup was super easy, and I was up and running in minutes. I did have one specific request regarding the IP address region for my server, and the support team actually replied within an hour to resolve it for me. It’s refreshing to get they sorted it out in no time. Really happy with the service so far.

Affordable and reliable. On the off chance that something needed tending to, the customer service was friendly, speedy, and helpful.

I use the services of Hostslim since more than 3 months and the client support was very fast and helpful always. Also I think the quality/prices of the services are very good with fast CPUs included.

Ordered a dedicated server from Hostslim, server went down and still is down for 4 weeks already.
After 16 days of downtime they managed to replace the server with a server without harddisk, so again unusable, I created a new ticket complaining about the lack of harddrive and since then it's complete radiosilence for 14 days and counting already.

Tickets aren't handled, their own SLA is a real joke.
Their administration is a mess, after payment you still receive Unpaid invoice notifications and they send invoices for non-working services.
When servers are delivered it's with crappy, non working controlpanels.
When you finally got it running, fingers crossed, when something goes wrong with their service, your screwed.

Highly not advisable provider.

The response time for support tickets is incredibly slow—I always have to wait two days just to get a reply. It's been three weeks since I ordered my dedicated server, and it still isn't working properly.

I can create website with wordpress easily, speed is fast. support is ok. he can resolve my problem. support is not fast but compare with it's price , you can said it is good enough.

The next day after ordering the VPS, they were blocked. Since then, support has not responded. Nothing works.

Strong and stable provider, for several years of use there have been almost no problems.

Good price/quality for a decent VPS in Estonia. Support is available, if you have a bit of patience.

A good service with alot of features, however the team seem small and can take a while to reply to the tickets. I enjoy using the shared hosting panel and it is easy to use, the performance of the website is great and I have not had any issues so far.

HostSlim have the lowest prices by far. The webhosting I use has never been down, the customer panel is easy and useful, DirectAdmin was preinstalled, Installatron is available. The company seems to be a small team to maintain all of the services. Every issue has been resolved for me, just that it takes days as in many days, Hopes it explains the title :)

I have some business at Estonia and need some Hosting and VPS service. So I order them from hostslim.nl, All of the service has very amazing performance and high SLA. I recommend that if you need some Estonia hosting service, try them.

In my personal experience it's really amazing. The tickets with questions get answered quickly, everything is even better and easier then i expected it to be. For me, HostSlim.nl is the best, hopefully it'll be an opinion that'll last so all the bad reviews can stay in the past.
