Nice. Speed is good. Price is cheep. Support is not as with hostinger but then again if all is fine I do not need support that mutch. So iam happy with it

I left my old hosting because the price-quality for my 3 websites was too low. As an alternative, I moved to Hostslim where I am completely satisfied with the costs, quality and service. Exactly what I was looking for.

Great value for what you pay and hugely fast and accurate customer service.

Transitioned to Hostslim from Neostrada, as my invoice for hosting sky rocket with more than 400%. Very glad to have found Hostslim for a fraction of what I used to pay at Neostrada.

Very happy with the VPS I rented from them! The system is fast, and the one issue I had was very quickly resolved by their support!!

The price to performance ratio is awesome. Speeds are very good. From a support perspective things are really not the greatest, but there is definitely intent in getting things sorted out. I mean their heart is in the right place, so sometimes it takes a little longer to get things sorted.
Overall if you are looking for a solid performant VPS, and don't mind being a little patient with support (only when things go wrong), I would recommend them.

Customer service efficiency is excellent, and the VPS speed and overall performance are highly cost-effective. It is worth recommending. Best regards.

Very simple and quick setup. Fast network with local mirrors for the big distros. Prompt support when I needed it (hey - maybe you can make reverse-DNS the default?)

20/05/2023 - I purchased and paid for a VPS KVM Starter - 10 Gbps €239.40 EUR Annually from HostSlim Europe.

It has been over a month now, and today is 23/06/2023, but I still haven't received the VPS I bought. It is still in the PENDING status.

After the purchase, I created Ticket #573971, where Ralph K. promised to set everything up, but after a month, the responses stopped, and the ticket was closed by them!

Think twice before purchasing anything from this company. Anyone of you could end up in my position.

Service works very nice sometimes ticket answer is slow but isnt a problem.

Direct admin license has expired for 2 days
Sometimes the client area section does not open
Frequent down server even more than 8 hours

I recently purchased a low-end VPS from this provider in a sale. First of all I think their support is great compare to other providers for this service level. They answered my tickets in less than 5 minutes in a non-working day which is great.
For the service itself I can point out the following points:
1- The networks speed is good enough for me. An unmetered 1Gb/s link which is works great in uplink but it cannot go more than 200Mb/s for downlink.
2- The amount of storage is great for the price (100 GB). But they claim that the drive is NVME but the speed test of the drive shows that it is probably an old HDD with quite a slow speed.
3- The Ram and CPU performance is mediocre for a low-end VPS.
4- The admin control panel is above average for this level of service.
Finally, as I purchased this service in a sale I satisfied with the performance over price of the service for my application till now.

Had an issue with my server and they are quick to help with the issue. Server wise itself is very good performance and connnectivity wise and totally worth your money. I can see I will continue to use their service (provided they keep up this level of service). Amazing!

All looked so well, but no. Beforehand I contacted Ralph about the possibilities of installing Windows on the dedicated server and if there was stock. All was possible with KVM access, great! So I placed the order, because we need Lelystad as location for this server.

The delivery took quite some time... Often I heard 'It will be online today' but of course, this didn't happen. When I asked to cancel the order and get my money back the server was suddenly provisioned. However, KVM didn't work. After contacting, I directly got the message back that it will be worked on and should work soon. You might have guessed, it still doesn't work to this day. I've asked to cancel the order and get a refund. But no response back.

My tip. Just stay away. Still waiting for money back.

The services are very good, the price excellent, the support service reasonable, but they solve the problems. Overall the service is good and cheap.

They are SCAM

i ordered server with them first they were not able to deliver it than i ask for refund now its been 3-4 months and they havn't refunded yet and they reply to tickets after weeks or sometime not even reply :(

awful service ever experienced.

We were leasing IPv4 /22 ranges for this client and he was always late with payments. Also got our IP ranges to blacklist and now nobody wants to lease from us because he messed up those IP ranges.

I loved their service.
They are attentive and very helpful.
They treat their customers first and very carefully all the time.
hostslim is to be congratulated!
