EXCEPTIONEL EXPERIENCE.
Just spent the weekend in “Wonderful, wonderful Copenhagen….. - and what a wonderful boutique hotel Sanders is. The atmosphere is very warm and friendly, and all the members of the staff really make you feel so much at home. The smiling staff is correct, polite, attentive, professional and international. It is evident they are well coached and all carry the Sanders DNA under the skin. Service was fast and we never felt we were waiting. Whatever was prepared in the kitchen was of very high standard. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at Sanders both days, and every bite - as well as wine served - was of exquisite standard. Breakfast is partly a buffet, but you can also select from a quite large á la carte menu, we really enjoyed the spirit of the roof top as a quiet beginning of the day. Friday afternoon 5-o’clock wine was served “on the house” in the court yard and the living room area.
Very high cleaning standard, and all the interiors of good quality. Room staff made you feel at home and welcome with small details like pulling the curtains, putting fresh water and glass on the bed side table while we were out. Small details that count!
Only improvement we can possible think of could be a second arm chair in the room.
It was our first, but definately not our last stay at Sanders. It is a highly recommendable, high class hotel on a very attactive address in a quite street, just befind the Royal Theatre in the very centre of Copenhagen.

I used to be such a fan of this place but recently the service had decreased a lot, I was there on my birthday 6th September and it was such a a disappointment. Today I tried again and I got Anna as a waitress, she was so rude and got the bill wrong, we paid as we had a baby with us and didn’t wanna wait for the manager, we ask for it and waited more than 10 min… we ended up leaving … again with a bad taste in our mouth. I loved the place but the service now is terrible. I wanna also congratulate Gemma and Miguel Angelo at the restaurant and Ofc Logan at tata, he is amazing.

I used to come often and loved sanders & tata, today i went there for my birthday and the waiter was very rude, he is the only one from Greece (don't get me wrong, I love that Country and i only make it as a reference because I already forgot his name), I was waiting for a friend and he asked me more than 3 times if i was leaving even when i ordered a meal and a drink and the indoor restaurant was empty ( I stayed less than 45 min). It was such a shame because the service there used to be excellent. Hopefullyyou will get another personto providethe serviceyou deserve, I will not come back soon tho.

Excellent very cosy hotel in the heart of Copenhagen.

Often comes to this hotspot in Copenhagen, where the setting is unique and homely, but left the restaturent very disappointed yesterday. Love seafood and on the menu they had a "Seafood Tagliatelle - Squid ink, blue mussels, samphire, parsley,
chili, garlic, lemon, crab & grilled octopus "
It may be I was unlucky - but we had to look far for those mentioned - counted 3 mussels and 1 piece. squid arm, cut into strips for a total price of 288 DKK.

Am fully aware that money needs to be made, but rarely have I felt so cheated. Made our waiter aware of my observations, and just got the message; that she would pass the message on to the chef and was not aware of how they calculated price versus content on their menu ... so dear chef, please serve food where content reflects price going forward

Very nice restaurant. A waiter opened the door, the receptionist was totally on top of our booking (had added "the little extra" and our waiter very attentive and professional. Very nice food (had the 4 course menu). Great value for money. Highly recommendable.

Just left their restsurant after a fantastisk lunch .... in a twisted way ... the food was really good .... but the service was absolutely non-existing .... not attentive, not communicating, not smiling ... an not upselling. What a shame ... and even more so when learned this is not the first time they have this feedback.
