Fantastic stay in the heart of Copenhagen

Our stay was a great experience and the quality was perfect. The apartment was an excellent location right in the center of Copenhagen. The apartment was clean and welcoming, and the beds were absolutely fantastic. We would happily come back again and we would strongly recommend.

Excellent Stay in Limassol
The apartment was spotless, very modern, and equipped with everything needed for a perfect stay.

The customer service was extremely helpful from the moment of reservation until check-out. I will definitely be booking with Sanders again!

I stayed with my family in a beautiful…

I stayed with my family in a beautiful apartment in Greece this winter. I was happy to stay there and found the location was exceptionally good. I thought that the interior was quite modern and I felt like home. I liked the soaps in the bathrooms which had a great smell and fell to it. I will use Sanders again.

Fantastic location and apartment

We had a really great stay with Sanders Stay in Copenhagen, everything worked out great and the apartment was super with really good beds and right in the center of the Copenhagen! Good communication and everything worked great. If I could say one thing, it was annoying there were no elevator in this old building, but then we got a good workout every day :-)

Amazing stay

I had the absolute pleasure of staying at a Sanders apartment in Thessaloniki with my girlfriend, and it was truly an amazing experience from start to finish.

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area while still enjoying a peaceful and cozy atmosphere.

Great service

I have been renting out my property through Sandersstay for the past couple of years, and the experience has been absolutely perfect. Everything runs smoothly and professionally, and the rent is always paid on time without any issues. I truly appreciate how reliable and wellorganised the entire process is.

Whenever I have a question or need clarification about something, I receive an immediate response from their extremely professional team. Their communication is fast, clear, and helpful, which gives me great peace of mind as a landlord.

I can highly recommend Sandersstay to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient property management partner.

Amazing stay

My family and I had the pleasure of staying in one of your beautiful apartments in central Copenhagen. From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. The apartment was clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed. This was the perfect stay away from home we needed. Highly recommend it.

I had a very pleasant stay at Sanders…

I had a very pleasant stay at Sanders One in Limassol. I loved it. The apartment was light and clean and the area was calm and nice. I enjoyed the two weeks. There was one issue one day with the door, and I called Sanders who came and fixed it right away. I recommend.

don't recommend it

don't recommend it. I left my Apple Watch and wanted to pick it up the same day, but they refused. They sent an uninsured package and didn't bother to check on it. The package is missing, it's been on the way for over a month, and I have neither the watch nor my money :) Additionally, the kitchen cabinet was broken, the toilet too, and it smelled like a basement, the heating barely worked.

It was a bad experience

It was a bad experience everything was very dirty or broken. Not recommended. We were supposed to stay for two nights, but we didn’t; we went somewhere else for the second night. The bathroom was unusable because it was so dirty. There was hair everywhere, and the showerhead was extremely filthy. Also, there were stains on the wall and on the upholstery of the sofa bed. It was a disappointment and definitely not recommended.

Warning

I recently had the misfortune of dealing with Sanders stay,a Danish-run hotel group that operates with the warmth and flexibility of a malfunctioning vending machine.
My booking was intended at Sanders Port Piraeus for February 21st-26th, but due to exhaustion and human error, I mistakenly selected March 7th-12th. Realizing my error, I immediately reached out to my supplier, who in turn contacted the hotel.
Five hours passed—until 11 am next day,radio silence.
Hoping for a reasonable resolution, I secured a one-night stay elsewhere and continued my attempts to adjust the dates.
Instead of basic human understanding, I was met with an unyielding wall of pre-programmed responses. They(Lola B****n,GUEST RELATION COORDINATOR | SANDERS)
kept parroting that my booking was “100% non-refundable” (which I never contested), yet they flatly refused to make a simple date adjustment—even though my intended dates were available, and the stay was still 15 days away.

Trying to reason with them was like arguing with a toaster. Even an AI chatbot would have shown more nuance and emotional intelligence. Their rigid, profit-maximizing approach is a disgrace, especially in Greece—a country renowned for its hospitality. Instead of embracing the spirit of service, this company operates like a cold, calculating machine, prioritizing policy over people.

Thanks to their unwavering lack of flexibility, I am now forced to stay on dates that no longer align with my plans.

Worth mentioning is that there was/is availability all days following the 21st and prior to the 7th of march but they are just reluctant and unwilling to cooperate or accomodate their guests.
This experience has left a bitter taste, and I would strongly caution anyone against dealing with a company that so blatantly disregards customer needs.

Avoid them unless you enjoy soulless bureaucracy disguised as hospitality.

Sanders owe over 125k in rent

I let my apartment to Sanders stay and they never paid any rent despite having been at around 90% occupancy. I was forced to evict sanders stay and commence legal proceedings to reclaim around 25k euros in rent after they wouldn’t answer my calls. Their CEO Bo Sanders would not return my calls. I know another landlord they owe over 100k euros to. Do not rent to Sanders! They are a scam!

They care more about money than your comfort...

I recently booked the highest room class with Sanders Stay complete with a very large private terrace. Just hours before I was set to check in, Sanders informed me they would have to downgrade my room to the lowest room class, a much smaller studio room with no terrace.

To compensate me for the involuntary downgrade, Sanders "graciously" offered me a 20% refund of the original price I paid, which meant I'd be paying far more than the original retail price for my new, small room that I did not want to be in. I told them this was unreasonable, but Sanders told me I could either accept their 20% refund or pay last-minute prices for a new place to stay.

Thinking this may be a case of a poorly-informed front-line customer service agent, I reached out to Sanders' founder and CEO, Bo Sander, through two channels: text message to his personal phone number and email to his Sanders email address. Bo ignored both of my messages.

Sanders Stay appears to be a money-hungry firm that doesn't care about its guests at all. I recommend avoiding them.
