The market for the HP caddies we bought from Hotplugs is bedevilled by cheap imports that don't work fully (good discs show as degraded, status lights not showing, activity LEDs not functioning). These from Hotplugs came overnight and work perfectly. At last - a supplier that can provide a product that works!
