Power supply was exactly as described and delivered next day. Was competitively priced, and was impressed with the information and part numbers displayed.

A colleague sent me a link when I wanted to buy some HP drives, after quick trawl. Really glad I used it as, although my first time with Hotplugs, the delivery really was next day (morning) and exactly as spec'd. They also, almost immediately, called me as I purchased 2 lots of 2 identical drives, though for different addresses, but they made sure that is what I really wanted. Very pleased with Hotplugs based on this, and will definitely check them out next time I am purchasing.

I have been using Hotplugs for a few years now. Paul and his Team are excellent when it comes to my server needs. Always professional and courteous. Also, they are very flexible when it comes to delivery times (including same day delivery) which can be a life saver when you deal with a sudden server disaster. Amazing service, had a pretty disastrous issue and needed to get a clean
array set up asap with a couple of new disks and couldn't wait for manufacturer replacements. Called hotplugs and had a delivery to site in less than two hours!!! To follow I also received courtesy emails and phonecalls after to see how things went... Couldn't get better
