Hui612k main control board
Ordered control board for my hotpoint hui612k induction cooker. They took payment upon ordering then next day they emailed asking for extra as price from manufacturer had changed yet they claimed item was already in stock in they're own warehouse and i also payed extra for next day delivery.They should have honoured stated price as they had taken funds already .Had to email and ring to get refund then wait for funds to clear to buy parts elsewhere and we was left even longer with a broken cooker. My wife is disabled and have a six year old daughter whom could not have a proper meal for nearly an extra week. Hence reason for one star.

Shocking service
Shocking service. Ranq with query about website, and was told that the adviser had spoken to spares dept and would transfer me. Received an automated message stating that spares dept was not open on a Sunday!!!! Who had she spoken to? Would not recommend.

They sent the wrong part becasue the item is obsolete. Event though the still sell the product the part comes from! Th wrong part doe not even fit. What TERRIBLE service!
