very poor customer service

Ordered oven door seal on Saturday not despatched until Tuesday. Very expensive for a poor quality product, this is the second time it has broken in 18 months. Arrived Thursday and charged for postage on top of expensive price. So no oven for five days. In today’s world I call this exceptionally poor customer service. Would not recommend and will not buy Hotpoint again.
