It was just a blatant upsell, rather than an easy registering of applicance. Having commissioned based staff dealing with it, is not a good experience.. couldn’t say no thank you enough times.

Registration Number???

Had 3 items to register with 3 companies and each with different processes. Hotpoint Dryer came with a card urging registration and space to record the registration number, but no registration number was given with online process!

Registration process while easy clearly…

Registration process while easy clearly there needs to be a review of the policy as mine was incorrectly setup leaving my with two d&g policy’s of different monthly price plan. Customer service where useless in trying to resolve the issue
