DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEIR GOODS ARE CHEAP AND THEY DON'T REFUND AT ALL WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN SOMEHTING. REALLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. A COMPLETE RIP OFF.

I ordered three items. Nothing like what they advertise and show on their website. Clothes were also way too big. I emailed them and the only response I received was in reference to an exchange. I emailed them back twice requesting to return the items. No response.

Same as other reviews. Wish I had found this page before purchasing. I also bought the green velvet shirt. Barely any ostrich feathers with a lime green band. Will not refund money. They asked that I pay $30 (non refundable) to return shirt.

I ordered a green velvet shirt with feathers on the cuffs and paid for expedited shipping. It took eight days to get here. When it arrived it looked nothing like the shirt in the picture. The sleeves had very few feathers on them and were lined in a bright green ribbon that did not match the emerald green shirt. I wouldn’t wear it to a circus. I wish I was able to include a picture.

DON’T DO IT!! Bait and switch!! They would NOT REFUND MY MONEY or give return instructions. I received a piece of crap NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTO!! This company is a SCAM!! I will be filing a FRAUD CLAIM with my bank card, Wells Fargo. I gave them chance after chance to do the right thing and refund my money. They refused.

This is the worst company ever. What I ordered and what I got aren’t even close to matching. I wish I could show what I ordered and what I got. It’s hideous and shameful if this company to take people’s money out send out junk.

Same thing as everyone not the same fabric.... crappy fabric. and they are insistent about sending something else when i tried to return. probably would be just another piece of junk.

Cheap and terribly made products. Terrible customer service. They are knowingly sending defective products and then refusing refunds.

BEWARE!!! Nothing is like the picture! Most items are made of polyester instead of cotton Tee shirt or sweatshirt material. The patterns and colors are different. When I tried to exchange an item they offered me another shirt for $15. When I received the shirt it was covered in ink spots and bleach spots. Clearly from the reject pile! I will never order from them again!

The pictures show a cute sequin top, it is actually a cheap photo of sequins on the shirt, very cheap and ugly, nothing like the picture. Also took over three weeks to arrive. and I cant get anyone

I received a sweatshirt it looked like crap and it’s sleeves were cut off go figure

I received an email with an expected delivery date. They responded.

The item pictured was a cotton sweatshirt with frayed edges. I received a gross polyester top that was nothing remotely close to item presented. I waited over a month to receive this crap??? Terrible company. Never again!

I ordered a shirt, pair of jeans and shoes, none of them looked or were made with material stated on site. Very disappointed in quality.
I sent an email requesting to return and get a refund, this is the email I received them ..

You can return your items for exchange or get full refund. But our transportation partners have not yet provided us with return labels, we are now working hard to negotiate with them to provide us with a return label. So the return will generate a shipping fee of about $30 by USPS. This will be very uneconomical. So we are willing to only charge you extra $15 and you can choose another item you like on our website. We don't make any money from this $15 just in order to help you solve problems.. BC we want you to get your favorite items earlier and in this way you don’t need to pay for the return shipping fee and can just keep the items and wait for your new items.

Ordered two tops…neither looked like what was depicted on the site. Very poor quality of fabric- overall product subpar.
DO NOT ORDER- VERY DISAPPOINTING! Looks like returns are non existent!

From China. Not Wisconsin. IL or OK. It diverts you ON BEHALF OF HOTSHEFASHION but if you get a reply from them you can tell its bad English. I can't fit in most of my order. Size chart wrong, I informed them that I went by that and even up 1 size. I'm getting the run around. No answer on how I can return items and get $ back.

Unfortunately, I did not read reviews on this company prior to ordering. I had things in my cart so many times before I finally decided to pull the trigger. Mistake! As everyone else states, these items don't look like the pictures, size chart is inaccurate, quality is subpar, and customer service ranks even lower. It appears they are from Oklahoma but don't be fooled ... they are from China. They did offer to refund $15 of my $75. I'll donate them and chalk it up to another unfortunate life lesson. Don't let this happen to you!

Clothes are so horrible! They don't look at all like what was ordered...I tried to cancel my order same day after I read reviews, but they wouldn't....DO NOT waste your money!!

This Company is awful. The photos are not at all what you receive. My 30 dollar shirt that was so cute online - when I opened it- looked like Bozo the clowns shirt. Actually Bozo’s shirt was made of better quality. It is crazy Fbook allows these companies to sell on their platform!!! Not American made, not made well, not cute at all. This company is robbing Americans.
