Just want to let everyone know that it took my order forever to get to me said it was USA but later found out it was from China,cheap cheap cheap made tags cut out of the inside it was horrible products but would cost more to said back so keeping my merchandise the heart shirt said a small but it hangs off of me not a small maybe it was larger size and that’s why the rages was cut out who knows,also it has marks on it,I did report this into PayPal.never again will I order from a clothing website on Facebook or at least without reading the reviews first.I also let them know by emails.you should refund out money back and us not have to pay the high return fee.shame on you hotshefashion and jane.

This is not a U.S.A. company as recorded on the internet. This is a Chinese company. The items I ordered were never received and now I am disputing the order and trying to get a refund through PayPal. Stay away from this company

First of all, I ordered way before Christmas and did not receive my shirts until January. The picture of the shirts were very cute. However, I ordered a large and the arms were about 4 inches too long and it did not fit at all under the arms. The second shirt was not made properly. It was also a large. It fit better but was way too short. (I'm 5'4", 175) Also, I was not happy with the material. They did respond to emails. However, at first they said to keep the two shirts and asked if I wanted to order something else. I told them I would like to order the "Love You More" shirt for Valentine's Day. They said I would have to pay shipping which I agreed to. Then they said they would send me a request from PayPal. Hell to the no on that. I hate PayPal and refuse to use them, so I asked for a different way to pay. They then sent me an email on how to send back the items, customs amount to declare and their address - which is in Shanghai, by the way. I told them I would just donate them to a non-profit and cancel the V Day shirt. This is not a reputable company. I see several others had a similar experience. Do what you want, but I agree with the reviews already made on this page. It does look like the pictures do not match the product you receive.

I ordered 5 items in November didn’t get any of them in time for Christmas and they were Christmas clothes. When I finally got them they were totally knockoff fake material looking sweatshirts. Ugliest things ever. They would refund my money if I mailed back to China but the cost of shipping was as much as the shirts. PayPal was horrible to side with this vendor when I disputed the authenticity of the garments. So no refund and stuck with Ugly Christmas sweatshirts that I can never wear. This company is a fraud stealing photos of actual cute clothing in the US. And knowingly only offering a refund when you ship the garments back at $50 a pop. I’m so mad. No one protecting the consumer here at all. Shame on PayPal and Chinese HOTSHEFASHION

I paid extra to expedite the order and never received. After many emails I finally received the package; a month later. It was nothing but JUNK…nothing like the photos. I was scammed $98. They refuse to refund me.

I ordered a red sweatshirt with pockets from them on-line. What I got was this jacked up, bright orange, polyester, $3.00 piece of shiny fabric that looked like it was sewn together by a 3-year-old! And also, they charged me TWICE for the same item and did not want to refund me my money for EITHER CHARGE!! I paid $39.98 for the sweatshirt, and they told me I could ship it back to China for $30 to $40 of MY dollars! NOPE!! Not an option for ME!! Their clothes are made of very poor quality and the stitching is also very poor, guaranteed to live a very short life, despite their CLAIM on their web-site that they only work with quality, thick fabrics. It's all a LIE!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

On 11/27/22 I placed 4-5 blouses in my cart. I can't get them out of my cart.i need your help ASAP to take my items out of my cart ASAP. When do this for me.i will pay for them.just let me know ASAP. I have emailed your company several times with no response from you. I want these blouses please help me

First, my order took 1.5 months before I got it, AND I only got 1 of my 2 items. Second, the Xmas top I ordered is NOT what is pictured! It is similar, but a really cheap knockoff version. It so bad that I'm using it as my "ugly sweater" for Xmas next year. SCAM!!!

Do NOT ever purchase anything from this place! I ordered shirts in October and still haven’t received one or the refund they said they would send!! I repeat DO NOT order from this shop!

I placed an order and got confirmation email on 11/6/2022. Today 1/8/2023 order never received or refund as promised via email on 12/29/2022.
Do not purchase from the scam.

Total scam. I ordered my wife 2 items on her Christmas list. Ordered in early December. As of 1/6 no items have arrived. I have tried to contact customer service with no success. Phone number is inoperable. Buyer beware!

I ordered 2 shirts using THEIR measurements. Both were smaller on me than their sizing determined. One, a sweatshirt like top, was made from super cheap fake suede like cloth with cheap stitching. The other was velvet but with super cheap finishing touches that were not apparent in their photographs online. I asked to return for the next largest size and got the total run around. Their customer service is flakey or completely out to lunch. For your sake--Order the correct size first, or else. There is no one home. You'll hear from different reps each time and each one says something different. There is zero follow through. You are stuck with whatever you ordered-- no refunds, no exchanges, no returns. Beware. Plus my order took over a month to get to me and both were holiday items.

Ordered 2 blouses on Nov 28 2022 for Christmas gifts. Received 1 of two items on Dec 23 and still waiting for second item on Jan 3 2023!!
Asked for a full return of money 10 days before order shipped to no avail!! Will NEVER do business with this company again!!!

Ordered a top on 11/25 and paid for Express shipping which was to be 3-5 days. It’s now 31 days later and nothing has arrived. Do NOT order from this company! They also remove comments from their social media site that aren’t positive!

I wish I would have read these reviews before I ordered. Total scam. Knockoffs made of crap polyester stuff. Not at all the fabrics shown or documented on the site.
I ordered Nov 16. Email said it was sitting in Los Angeles for 3 weeks, but package return address was New Jersey.
DO NOT order from this fake company. It's a scam. This company needs to be banned from Facebook advertising.
