I have filed a complaint with the BBB. This company falsely advertises they are an American Family Owned Company and their clothes come from overseas. It has been a month since I ordered and so far I have received two out of the 11 shirts I ordered. As others stated, sizing is significantly smaller than stated. Avoid the company.

Do not order from this company. I ordered $200 worth of shirts, that finally arrived a month later. They don't look anything like the pictures and are significantly smaller than normal sizing. Like others, they told me I could return the items to Shanghai for a refund or they would issue a credit for $50. Their FB states they are located in Oklahoma - obviously not the case. Such a scam!

Wish I would have read these reviews before ordering!!! I usually do but seemed like a great store and blouses were really nice. Material, fit and sizing is terrible. They said if I wanted a refund to return to Taiwan when package came from New Jersey. This is how they deter people from returning merchandise. Facebook needs to ban they from false advertising.

I went to the post office to see how much the return would be and they quoted $75 trackable to China. I ended up keeping the shirts and donated them. This was their catch,

Do not order from this so-called American made store. The two blouses I ordered were not the same material or pattern from the pics. Wish we could put all these China based companies out of business. Based on previous reviews looks like I’m stuck with two crappy blouses that will never get worn. Buyers beware!

It is basically impossible to return items for a refund. I ordered 6 tops, only 1 fit. The sizes are not accurate... 5 were a medium( my usual size) but way too small. Contacted them and was told they don't provide return labels and could only refund me $25. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE THEIVES!

Placed my order April 30th, paid for expedited shipping and still have not received. Emailed many times and tracking numbers I was given either did not track or stated tracking will not be displayed because it was shipped with counterfeit postage.
Responses I received from hotshefashion… we are victims too, trust us, we are a real store!!
One star because they do eventually respond to emails, but responses are ???.
I do have copies of all emails and tracking numbers and tracking information.

Wish I had read reviews first. What a nightmare. I placed a large order. 250.00 worth. 7 items. Only received 3. Emailed. They rest was coming in second pkg. 2nd pkg 1 item. Still missing 3 items. Emailed more for tracking. This is a crazy company. Some items are good others my 6 year old could do better.

I would warn anyone about buying from these people. I ordered a shirt and then realized it was the wrong size so I emailed them to cancel and they responded about 2 days later and said they cancelled it and then when I inquired about refunding my account they said it would be a few business days. 2 months later and they have not refunded my account and refuse to answer my emails as to why they haven’t refunded me. There is no phone number to call only email or FB messaging.

If I could have given zero I would have. DO NOT ORDER. They say that there is no return label (I couldn’t find a return policy) I was emailed that I could return the order to Shanghai, China directly for a full refund. There will be no return and they will only give you $45.if you don’t return it directly. The picture of the clothes is nothing what you get. The clothes are very cheap. It’s takes a month or more to get the clothes. You will continue to check tracking and you will keep getting updates on your order it’s takes 4-6 weeks to get your order. I tried to put the pictures on here but the site doesn’t allow links.

Terrible customer service- it’s now over a month and I’ve received nothing. I paid $201.00 for a number of pieces and nothing. Tomorrow will be 2 months since I placed an order- nothing, no response from customer service. Lesson learned, check the reviews.

I wish I would have googled the company before I placed my order.. I’ve sent an email to try and cancel but don’t have hope of getting a reply.. Now, I just have to wait for my items and hope for the best.

I ordered two blouses - NEVER ARRIVED. The tracking and shipping number matches a mystery package that I received with a plastic heart paperweight with names of people on it I've never met.??? I've emailed 3 times - no response. Number cannot be reached. SCAM - DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

I have tried to get in touch with them. They didnt put a complete address on my package and it was sent back. I haven’t received any kind of message and the email to them won’t go through. Yes they still have my money. This was back in December and it is now May. I love the looks of there products and if this had been cleared up I would have bought from them again.

Super slow shipping and no response to emails about returns

I would love to get my order. Why don't they answer emails? They show items shipped and the tracking is still on the date I ordered them. Very disappointing. Hope I can get my items or my money back.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered and found out that these clothes come from China. There is no cute Boutique in OK like the picture shows. I ordered 3 tops on 4/6 when they still hadn’t shipped on 4/20 i looked for contact information on their website and there wasn’t any so I contacted them thru FB messenger. I could tell by their reply something wasn’t right that’s when I started digging and found the reviews. I replied to them about being frauds and have not heard back. I also left reviews on their FB page which are now deleted and I’m blocked from posting. If you look on their page under Page Transparency it notes manager locations China, Hong Hong and Indonesia. I don’t know yet the quality of their clothing but the whole principle is they are frauds and are misleading you.

Terrible!!! Deceptive!!!Waited for almost a month!! Material is cheap, overall quality is poor!!

I am so glad I read the reviews before ordering. I am tietd of getting burned kn other websites that quality of shirt and sizing isn't true. Return shipping cost you more that the item is worth. Facebook should ban scam companies.

Do NOT BUY SCAMMERS! These Chinese companies claim to have goods made in the USA or UK, but they’re just shell companies and all their 4th-rate rags are made in China, cut on a Chinese size pattern, so they will never fit correctly.
You CANNOT RETURN! You will get NO REFUND!
How to avoid: go to the company’s website. If they have an address in the USA or UK, Google it and you’ll likely see an office building, not a clothing factory. Legit companies have a toll-free number, these folks do not. Legit companies have clearly stated policies and easy returns. The scammers will run you ragged trying to get a refund for goods that were sent wrong size, not as pictured, or unsatisfactory.
AVOID and don’t be seduced by the cute pictures. You will be DISAPPOINTED at best, RIPPED OFF at worst.
Go direct through AliExpress or Temu.
